St Martin Blue introduces the brand new villa Ambiance. Ambiance will be the new class leader for four bedroom villas. The villa is located in the heart of Terres Basses with sweeping views of Baie Longue. The villa offers four stunning bedroom suites. The master bedroom has an additional bedroom with a day bed and office that is perfect for a small child. The villa offers a spacious and elegant retreat with a large kitchen and dining room along with a BBQ area. Each bedroom is a breathtaking suite with oversized bathrooms and outdoor showers.
The villa inspires a contemporary oasis with a decadent pool and outdoor area. Enjoy spectacular sunsets while lounging around in your island gazebo or watch the children play on the lawn.
Villa Ambiance is handicap/wheelchair accessible and perfect for families looking for a decadent family friendly villa.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Each of the four bedrooms has a king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, DVD and a safe. Each bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms are also connected to each other and a third bedroom has a small room attached to it with a single bed. Three of the four suites has an outdoor shower. Bedroom four is handicap and wheelchair accessible.
Special
7th Night Free Special: Only valid from Jan 15th to Dec 15th, 2010 (Christmas Holidays not included). This special will apply automatically to any reservation made to arrive 60 days from booking date. Any request for arrival 61 days or more from booking date must be approved by the owners . Not available on existing reservations. The owners reserve the right to discontinue this promotion without further notice.

Weddings
This property can be rented for “special event” such as Wedding Party of Cocktail Party. Additional to one week minimum rental, an event fee & a security deposit would be required according to the number of guests . The guests will be responsible to clean the house after the event and the owners will not accept more guests at the villa than what the villa can accommodate during the entire rental period (2 pax per bedroom) beside the event day.
