Villa Beaulieu is a luxurious villa situated on a hill overlooking Baie Rouge featuring breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea, St Martin's mountains and the island of Anguilla. The villas offers a fantastic kitchen with a maple bar made and granite counter tops allowing you to view the sand of Baie Rouge Beach in the distance. A new over sized bedroom suite with two French doors and a large private terrace is now available, out of tumbled marble floor with en-suite tumbled marble bathroom, a dressing room and a private patio . The sea view, from both bedroom & bathroom is spectacular .
Since October 01st, 07, Beaulieu features : In the main house, a very large and airy kitchen-bar open towards the sea and the swimming pool ; an inside dining room ; a double living with beautiful contemporary furniture open to a covered terrace for outside dining and living, and a large heated swimming pool (50' x 20') . Around the swimming pool, three oversized bedroom suites with their private terrace, each one out of tumbled marble and a postcard sea view . The fourth bedroom suite, with its separate study-room, occupies entirely the charming cottage, very near by, with its large private terrace facing the sea and the beautiful scenery from over a private lawn . On walking all along Beaulieu, you always keep the gorgeous sea view .

Bedroom #1 : Huge marble bedroom with a sea view, twin beds that can be made into a king size bed. Ensuite, outstanding marble bathroom, viewing the private landscaped patio in the back, and the sea in front. Bedroom #2 : Huge marble bedroom with two french doors; one with sea view, the other leading to an exotic garden ; King size bed. Ensuite, tumbled marble bathroom . Unit #1 & unit #2 can be connected through a double door ensuring privacy between the two dressing rooms. Bedroom #3 : Very large private terrace, two french doors providing spectacular views : one to the swimming pool, the other one to the sea. King size bed. Ensuite , outstanding tumbled marble bathroom with the view of the scenery framed like a painting. Bedroom #4 : The fourth bedroom suite, and its separate study room, occupies a whole charming cottage, very nearby, with its large private terrace facing the sea from over a private lawn. A nice glazed tiled bathroom and a restroom apart, makes it easy to live at two. TV, DVD, Air conditioning, ceiling fans in each of the bedroom. Can be rented as a 2-3 or 4 bedroom villa.
