Reservation FAQ

Deposit and Payment Policy
Upon reservation, St Martin Blue requires a 30% deposit within 5 days. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. For reservations within the 90 day period, full payment will be required within 5 days of a reservation.
For holiday villa reservations (Between December 20th until January 5th), a 50% deposit is required with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies for villa rentals do vary per villa. However, the following terms can be used as a guideline of cancelation policies.

High and low season reservations are subject to the following cancellation policy:

For Christmas/New Year Holiday reservations, all monies are forfeited in the event of a cancellation.

Due to the strict nature of the cancellation policy of the villas, we strongly recommend trip insurance coverage. We encourage our guests to review policies, pricing and coverage options at insuremytrip.com. Please review cancellation terms of your villa when submitting deposit.

Stratified bedroom rates
Certain villas will offer stratified tiers with multiple bedroom rates. For instance, a five bedroom villa may offer a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom rate. In the instance where a guest rents the villa below the full capacity of the villa, the unrented bedrooms are locked off. The unrented rooms of the villa will NOT be rented to another party. When rented at a lower capacity, guests will enjoy the full use and exclusive privilege of the villa except for the use of the unrented bedrooms and their en suite bathrooms.

Accepted Methods of Payment:
St Martin Blue, LLC accepts payment by check, wire transfer or major credit cards. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Please note that credit cards are subject to a 3% surcharge for charges over $500. There are no fees with payment by check or wire transfer.
