The heart of the five-bedroom villa is the lovely tiled swimming pool and pool deck. The terrace that surrounds the pool is made of modern tile stone and features an array of lounge chairs. A covered portico sits adjacent to the pool and kitchen area. Beneath this, you can enjoy the cool shade and savor hours at the al fresco dining area or the lounging spots.
The kitchen and living form one large air conditioned common area for evening entertainment.
There is a full, gourmet kitchen features an island and breakfast bar for the family to gather for casual meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the covered outroor dining with window walls and incredible views.
Across the pool deck are three bedrooms each with their ensuite bathrooms. The two lower level suites actually access the lower gardens. All have large, king or two double beds, and an array of high-end electronics.

For cancellation between 59 to 30 days of arrival, 55% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 29 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
