Home to an open living space that capitalizes on the tantalizing views of the Caribbean, the Les Trois Jours also includes an elegant and gorgeously furnished salon. Holding a state of the art kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make a mouth-watering gourmet meal, you will have the choice of enjoying your meal in the spacious dining room inside or under the fabulous gazebos, allowing every guest to have the opportunity to overlook the expansive, shimmering blue swimming pool. Not to mention, there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, perfect for outdoor entertaining as it gives off this magical feeling of ambiance.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, 30% of gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation between 60 to 31 days of arrival, 55% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation less than 30 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
The villa is currently undergoing a renovation and not available for rental. No timeline for it's return has been provided

Maximum guests for cocktail event: 150 guests
Maximum guests for a seated dinner event: 80 guests
Rental rates:
The villa can be rented for a 24 hour period. Rates are as follows.
High Season Event Fee (January 6th to April 14th): $11,000
Low Season Event Fee (April 15th to December 16th): $9,000
Refundable security deposit: $5000
*If the guest is renting the villa for a weekly stay, the event fee is reduced by 50%.
Terms and conditions:
All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to an 8% Government Tax & Service. They include the private use of the villa for a 24 hour period for the function set up, the event itself and the clean up afterwards. They also include the services of the villa staff and all utilities (electricity, water, gas).
Accommodation and villa staff gratuities are not included. It is the responsibility of the guests and their event planner to arrange to have furniture removed, stored and returned to enable the event to take place at the villa.
