Named after the olive trees that line it's long winding driveway to the villa from the private entry gate, Olivier sits on a commanding position offering over 230 degree views that include spectacular Caribbean sunsets to the island of Anguilla to the north. From any vantage point along the lengthy sea-facing deck you feel like you're on top of the world.
This luxury St Martin villa has four bedrooms in the main house that open up to the pool deck (exterior access only) and the fifth is located in a lovely cottage, just steps away from the pool terrace. Capturing an elegant tropical feel with the gentle Caribbean tradewinds carrying the scents of the bountiful tropical flora, there is a refreshing air about the villa that enamors guests immediately.
The large, private free from pool and the wooden deck area provides a captivating setting for guests to sit idly by and take in the boundless views. The cottage is accessed by a staircase off the pool terrace. The cottage has a living room and 1 bedroom with king size bed.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
The villa requires a one week mininum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is an additional fee required to hold an event at the villa.
Event fee with 20 to 60 guests: $1000
Event fee with 61 to 100 guests: $2000
Refundable security deposit: $4000
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide to local ordinances.
