All charters are fully private and tailored to a customized itinerary, offering exceptional flexibility. Thanks to the speedboat’s design, guests can easily stop at selected beachfront restaurants, with tender service provided for seamless access. Alternatively, dining on board is available, with enhanced catering options offered as optional add-ons.

Meeting point is at dock: 50 Airport Road, Simpson Bay (Next to Six car rental agency and the Dinghy Dock).

Additional Notes:
- The itinerary may change due to weather conditions on the day of the charter. Any such changes do not entitle guests to cancellation or a price discount.
- For charters to Anguilla that are rerouted to a trip around St. Martin partner will either refund the price difference or accept a cancellation.
- Guests will be held responsible for any onboard damages caused by negligence. Charges for such damages will be applied to the guests credit card on file.
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions or physical impairments that may affect their ability to participate in charter activities. Necessary medications should be carried, with their usage and location communicated to the crew.
- Life jackets and other safety equipment provided must be worn as instructed by the crew when conditions require.
- Partner (Vendor) is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and monitor their possessions throughout the charter.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Guests must follow the crew's instructions regarding smoking for the safety and comfort of all onboard.
- By participating in the charter, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be included must inform the crew at the start of the charter.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of children under the age of 18.
- Guests must familiarize themselves with the safety procedures outlined by the crew at the beginning of the charter and comply with all instructions during the charter and in case of an emergency.
- Guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with marine activities, including swimming, snorkeling, and using water toys, and agree to assume all such risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable.
- By participating in these activities and using the boat and equipment, guests release Partners/Vendors owners, and employees from any liabilities arising from personal injury.

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
* 20% of the total rate is lost if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to departure
* 50% of the total rate is lost if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to departure
* Full amount charged if cancellation made < 36 hours prior to departure
* Full refund or reschedule if cancellation due to bad weather (Captain’s decision)
* On Shared Charters - If fewer than 8 guests are booked, the Shared Charter will be canceled with full refund
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
