St Martin Blue has partnered with the top chef and catering company on the island to offer our guests 3 options to consider depending on their needs.
The first option is the private chef service that offers daily and customized service. Guests can select the frequency of the service and customize meals with their private chef. The chef service includes menu planning, provisioning, meal prep, service and cleaning. The cost of food and beverage is not included. The service requires 5 consecutive dates of service.
The second option is the Prix Fixe menu for guests that only want one special occasion meal or intermittent meals by a chef. The prix fixe option is a set price and set menu option that includes the chef purchasing all necessary groceries, meal prep, service and clean up. The optimized menu’s offer different themes and experiences. Brunch options are available as well.
The last option is gourmet meal delivery. Guests select from a menu to have fully prepared meals delivered to the villa. An easy and casual dining option with incredible fare.

A minimum of five (5) consecutive days of chef services is required. The rate is for up to 6 guests. For more than 6 guests, there is an additional $35 per day per adult and $17.50 per child under 10 per day. A waiter is included for parties over 8 guests. (Waiters can be hired separately at a rate of $30/hour with 3 hour minimum.)
The service includes shopping (cost of food and beverage is not included), food preparation, menu planning, cuisine, and kitchen cleaning. Gratuities are not included. Holidays: Add $100 per day supplement to the chef service pricing during the Christmas/New Years holiday (Dec 15th-Jan 15th). Chef service must be arranged for a minimum of 7 consecutive days for the holiday period.
Instructions: Guests are required to select a menu for the first two days and have the option to customize meals when on island for the 3rd day and beyond. The cost of food and beverage is not included. An initial advanced provisioning deposit ($45 per adult per day and $25 per child per day) will be required. Provisioning balances will be settled on island with the chef.
Services are not available in the Oyster Pond, Guana Bay & Dawn Beach Estate areas. Guests staying in those areas must select from the Prix Fixe service option.
The Prix Fixe option is ideal for guests that are interested in one meal or intermittent service. The prix fixe option offers menu options with a set per person price. A professionally trained chef will come to your villa and prepare the meal and serve the meal. The service includes the cost of provisioning, meal prep, service and clean up. The food costs are included. The prix menu offers breakfast and brunch options as well.
