For all rentals, the Hirer's credit card details will be recorded by the Lessor in the event of damage to the boat.
Any damage incurred during the rental period due to negligence will be charged to the registered credit card.
In consideration of the Company Owner of the Boat authorizing the customer to use the boat and its equipment, the customer agrees to assume the foreseeable and unforeseeable risk of personal injury related to the activity and agrees to release the Company Owner from all liability.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations 7 days or less before the charter date, no refunds are provided. Cancellation between 30 and 8 days before the charter date: The 50% is retained. Cancellation more than 30 days before the charter date: Full refund, minus banking/credit card fees.
Weather-related cancellation (Captain’s decision): Full refund or rescheduling (excluding banking/credit card fees).
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
