St Martin - To start your day in the best conditions, we welcome you on board with a continental breakfast. We start to sail to the Creole Rock, a well known snorkeling spot, part of the Nature Reserve of St Martin where you can do snorkeling sessions. Then, we go to Happy Bay where you will enjoy our 4-course Gourmet Lunch and wine pairing. Last but not least, we will go to Long Bay beach, in order to relax one more time in a peaceful place.

Anguilla - To start your day in the best conditions, we welcome you on board with a continental breakfast. Then, we will sail to Little Bay beach first which is a creek in Crocus Bay. This place is really lovely, pretty quiet with crystalline water where you will be able to do some snorkeling sessions or cliff jumping. You can even go to the beach and don't worry, our crew will be ready to bring you our craft cocktails while you are relaxing on the sand. Then you will enjoy your 4-course Gourmet Lunch with wine pairing. Before going back to St Maarten, we will do a last stop at the wonderful Meads Bay beach where you will relax again under the Caribbean sun...

St Martin - To start your Half Day Charter, we will go to our first stop: Long Bay or Mullet Bay. Once there, you will have time to enjoy water activities, and start to drink our craft cocktails while our crew will prepare your 4-course Gourmet Lunch. Then we will peacefully take the way of the return. But before crossing the Simpson Bay bridge, we will stop by Maho Beach to observe the plane's landing, one of the most impressive things to see when you come to St. Maarten.

Sunset Gourmet Dinner Cruise - Long Bay is a perfect anchorage for dining, as it is a seculded and calm bay, where the sunsets are great to be viewed from, and leave a stunning reflection of colours on the cliffs edge.The evening's itinerary is catered around a 4-course gourmet dinner, which is prepared in front of you by our fine dining chef. Furthermore, your dinner includes wine pairing as well as an open bar offering signature cocktails, beers, and softdrinks.

Sunset Cocktails & Tapas Cruise - The evenings itinerary is catered around a coastal cruise with a stop at Long Bay, where you can enjoy the Caribbean sunset skies over our new signature cocktails and gourmet tapas.

Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Full-Day and Half-Day charters meeting is at dock: 50 Airport Road, Simpson Bay (Next to Six car rental agency and the Dinghy Dock).
- Sunset Dinner and Sunset Cocktails & Tapas cruise meeting is at Kim Sha beach, right in between the Cocky turtle and Roxy Beach bar. There is public parking where you can park your car. The captain will come to pick you up on the beach with the dinghy
- Bring Passports and Towels
Additional Notes:
- The itinerary may change due to weather conditions on the day of the charter. Any such changes do not entitle guests to cancellation or a price discount.
- Guests will be held responsible for any onboard damages caused by negligence. Charges for such damages will be applied to the guests credit card on file.
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions or physical impairments that may affect their ability to participate in charter activities. Necessary medications should be carried, with their usage and location communicated to the crew.
- Life jackets and other safety equipment provided must be worn as instructed by the crew when conditions require.
- Partner (Vendor) is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and monitor their possessions throughout the charter.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Guests must follow the crew's instructions regarding smoking for the safety and comfort of all onboard.
- By participating in the charter, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be included must inform the crew at the start of the charter.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of children under the age of 18.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
* 20% of the total rate is lost if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to departure
* 50% of the total rate is lost if cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to departure
* Full amount charged if cancellation made < 36 hours prior to departure
* Full refund or reschedule if cancellation due to bad weather (Captain’s decision)
* On Shared Charters - If fewer than 8 guests are booked, the Shared Charter will be canceled with full refund
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
