Because it is tucked into the exclusive Baie Rouge Residences community, which is a gated and upscale locale, it already provides guests with tremendous privacy and exclusive settings. However, Casa Cervo is a five-bedroom property that sits directly on the beach and allows the beautiful blue of the Caribbean waters to serve as the ultimate backdrop.

Naturally, Casa Cervo is about more than just an amazing setting. It is also a large and beautiful home that will appeal to anyone hoping to enjoy the very best that the region has to offer. Gorgeous light, non-stop views and scenery, clear and fresh air blowing in from the sea, and, of course, the access to the water nearby.

With five bedrooms, each with private en suite baths, the villa can accommodate up to ten guests. The living spaces include roomy and al fresco gathering areas, including a gourmet kitchen and dining area open to the sea.

There is also the ample swimming pool and gazebo area for leisurely times spent relaxing, chatting, or sunbathing. Casa Cervo is a lovely retreat. With 4 Master Suites overlooking the pool and the ocean it is the perfect couples get-away. The ability to fully open up the communal living spaces was wonderful. We transformed the back deck into an outdoor yoga studio as a bonus. The Outdoor shower was gorgeous. It is a beautiful setting with karma and a constant calming sea breeze. The mesmerizing beach is rough and with a strong undertow, but there are several swimming beaches nearby. Bedrooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. Ms Agatha is superb and keeps the home immaculate and in perfect condition. Our only complaint was that the kitchen did not include any of the basics, not even salt and pepper (and no coffee filters!)
The French side of the island is wonderfully quiet. Le Cigale was our favorite evening restaurant . It was very close to the house with a romantic setting on a lagoon. For daytime fun, we really enjoyed the Kalatua beach club on Maho beach which had a fun boho-chic vibe.
For a non-beach outing, we really liked our visit to Marigot: we went to the fort for a spectacular aerial view of the island and the marina market and restaurants were fun too!

A well laid out beachfront villa with direct access to Baie Rouge beach. AC in the living room and the 4 bedrooms accessed from the pool terrace are ideal for couples. The 5th bedroom is accessed from the gardens at the back of the villa and would suite teenagers.

House was great for our family with 4 sets of adults and 2 children. We did not venture outside the property very much, as there were good market options nearby and it was easier to cook at the house than go to restaurants with children. The pool was great and the beach made for a nice morning walk. There are a lot of rocks in the ocean and the current is very strong, so it is very difficult to swim in. Overall, it was a good property and I would recommend it if you are okay with swimming in the pool instead of the ocean.

Isle Blue was very easy to work with. They were very responsive to my emails leading up to the trip and answered my Whatsup calls during the trip. I would work with Isle Blue again.

Casa Cervo is located on Baie Rouge, one of the nicest beaches on the French side. It is very private, comfortable, and perfectly located away from the 'busy' end of the beach. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well-insulated from outside noise. The adjacent beach has patches of erosion but is still good for swimming and snorkel. The housekeeping was excellent and friendly. Proximity to nearby Cupecoy, Sandy Ground/Nettle, Marigot and Grand Case (as well as the airport and many other activities) makes this a great location.
This was our first booking through Isle Blue. Overall we have been very pleased with the experience. From finding the perfect villa to coordinating group travel (including ever-changing COVID protocols) to the concierge services once on the island, we found Isle Blue to be very prompt in response. Service and villa were definitely as advertised!

Casa Cervo was incredible! The layout was perfect for us. The rooms were beautiful and the pool was fabulous. The kitchen was great because you felt like you were in the action even when in the kitchen. Agatha was amazing and having her clean everyday was a game changer. Can’t wait to come back again

Amazing amazing amazing stay!! House was perfect and as pictured and all the help throughout our trip (Cleaning, Maintenance, Concierge, etc.) was perfect! Will absolutely book again with Isle Blue!! Fantastic time :)

Perfect house! Pool and private beach were amazing and made swimming with the kids super easy!! Open-air kitchen was great since you always felt like you were still part of the group! Loved how everyone had their space!! And the closed-in living room was also key for the kids - gave us a place to wrangle them as needed. Really a magical time - perfect to be with family and friends. Agatha was also fantastic!!

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
