A beautifully and elegantly designed property, it features a central pool terrace that frames the stunning scenery that surrounds the entire property. The pool terrace guides the eye to the islands nearby and features an enormous sun deck furnished generously with oversized sun chairs and lounges. It also features full-sized, canopied sunbeds, and an array of upper and lower-level sun decks along with stairs to the beach. It backs up to the stylish outdoor spaces tucked beneath the expansive verandah. At one end of the home is a massive outdoor lounge with banquette sofas and non-stop views. Nearby is a gorgeous alfresco dining suite, which is near the breakfast bar that opens into the gourmet kitchen inside.
Indoors, the great room features a mostly white and natural wood palette accented by bursts of color and airy design. - Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 30% of gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation between 59 to 30 days of arrival, 55% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 29 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
