Villa Alizee on St Martin is just a short walk from Guana Bay but is a dream destination on its own. Designed on two levels, it has a long list of premium amenities that will provide up to 14 guests with all they need for a Caribbean getaway. However, with its beautiful terrace area and luxurious living spaces, it offers a truly complete experience. The heart of the property is the terrace with its oval pool and surrounding sun deck. Visitors will appreciate the open and covered terrace areas that include the dining gazebo and barbecue, the formal dining area adjacent to the kitchen, and the rear terrace with its unique garden and Jacuzzi area.
The shared living spaces include the great room off of the covered terrace, which opens into a casual dining area, enormous gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances and marble countertops, and the lounge area with plenty of seating.
The upper level of the villa is where the shared living spaces and the terrace are located. It is also where four of the bedrooms are found. These all have ocean views and three are independent, located in small buildings connected to the main villa by the terrace. Each has a large, en suite bathroom and luxury appointments. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are in the lower levels featuring en suite bathrooms, and they are designed as guest and children's quarters.
The entire property is equipped with WiFi and security system. Daily cleaning services are included, and it is but a five-minute walk to the lovely Guana Bay Beach. There is a generator on the premises as well, and a caretaker is always on the premises.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
