Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. Guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay.

Great property. Looked exactly as it did in the pictures on the website. Kitchen appliances were a little difficult to use and no one told us about the fact that it worked on 220 voltage but they had several converted in the house and plenty of hardware stores nearby. The circuit board for the electrical was somewhat dated and constantly tripped which was a little annoying but nothing major. The pool was not heated and probably could have benefited from a heater. Finally, the driveway leading into the gated lot was on a 45° decline which made getting in and out of the property a little tricky. All in all, the house was gorgeous and we had housekeeping service and was in very close proximity to the beach and shopping. We had an amazing time and would do it again in a minute without hesitation.
