Villa Beauvoir on the island of St. Martin easily lives up to its name (beautiful view) with its location in the hills of Parc de la Baie Orientale. Gazing down towards the sea and the coast, it also frames wonderful views of the two islands off the coast (Tintamarre and Pinel). A four-bedroom gem of island design and décor, the recently renovated property is a destination all on its own. It takes its shape from the curve of the landscape and everything on the grounds seems to just flow with the existing scenery. Using natural wood, the structure is a unique blend of iconic tropical elements and classical style.
Part of a gated community, it offers larger plots and lots of private outdoor spaces. Start each day at the private pool terrace with its elegantly shaped pool framed by an immense wooden deck. This frames the entire front of the gracefully curved structure and creates an array of outdoor living spaces. There is an area furnished for sunbathing, another designed specifically for al fresco dining, and multiple lounges tucked beneath the verandah or in the full sun. There is a grill and barbecue area, and a gazebo on the grounds.
Stepping inside through the elegant arched doorways leads to the modern and stylish great room. With cathedral ceilings and a palette emphasizing lots of shades of cream and white, it is a bright and yet soothingly cool space that captures the breezy airiness of the setting while creating a sense of retreat and escape. The open floor plan features a modern gourmet kitchen that has direct access to the terrace. There is also a living room with entertainment system and oversized sofas, and a formal dining space that also takes in the views.
The four bedrooms are all designed as private retreats and feature king-sized beds and large, modern baths. Most open directly to the terrace or the grounds, and one suite is oversized with a private mezzanine furnished as the ideal children’s room.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
