A newly built, two-bedroom property, it perches in the hills of the exclusive Oyster Pond community and looks out over the world-famous Orient Bay.

Surrounded by lush and verdant growth, this unique villa has a distinctly tree-top feel to it, and yet it is also a place of contemporary style and charm. It uses natural stone and a neutral palette with bursts of color to create a dynamic and appealing setting. It all starts with the impressive pool terrace. Though the building itself uses rounded angles and edges, the pool is a rectangular stretch of water that seems to spill right into the scenery below.

Framed by a smooth stone terrace, it offers a charming range of outdoor dining and lounging spaces. It opens directly into the upper level of the villa, which is where the appealing shared living spaces are located. You will delight in your contemporary kitchen since it feels as if it is right outdoors rather than inside the property. Bask in the breezes as you use your gourmet appliance or wander into the charming lounge area with its bar and dining spot or head into the airy living room and media space where sofas and oversized lounge chairs provide you with hours of fun and comfort.

Head downstairs and you find yourself in the guest bedrooms. It offers two twins, with a private terrace and luxurious ensuite bath. With a sitting area and romantic netting around the beds, it will enhance your treetop experience. The master suite is upstairs and features a four-poster queen bed with work space, private terrace and stunning bath that opens to the pool terrace.
