Villa "One" on St. Martin easily lives up to its name as the one that no one forgets. This is due to several things, beginning with its location directly at the water’s edge of Simpson Bay Lagoon. This is an area on the southern, Dutch side of the island and part of one of the most coveted regions to visit. It is part of Simpson Bay, and that means it is close to Maho, too. Both regions are homes to world-class restaurants, shops, casinos, beaches and bars, and moments from the airport.
The three-bedroom villa is also easily the one to remember because of its remarkable collection of amenities, and its exquisite design and décor. It features a large pool terrace that is kept private and well-screened by beautifully built stone arches that frame sea views while keeping anyone from easily seeing guests using the terrace or other outdoor living areas. The pool is surrounded by sunbeds, and these are furnished in a manner that is in sync with the rest of the décor. There are oversized pillow sunbeds, large lounges, and an array of dining spots. One is tucked into a cozy corner at the end and houses a barbecue station. The pool is unique in itself because of its “around the corner” feature that provides a single swimming lane that bends around the corner of the villa to put an easy access way for one of the suites.
The three bedrooms range in size from king to queen, and the king suites both have sea views and private baths, while the queen suite features garden views and a bath.
The shared living spaces are remarkable in design and décor and just as appealing as those outside. Banks of glass doors open from the terrace into the bright and airy great room. With high, white painted ceilings, it is a sunken design that features large sofas and a high-end entertainment system. Just a few steps up takes visitors to the dining area, which then leads to the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is designed in a classic galley style and features every possible appliance or gear needed to whip up even the most complex meals.
If the goal is a luxury retreat for the family or with friends, and a seaside hideaway with private dock and kayaks to enjoy, then the Villa "One" should be the very first one you consider.

For new bookings the manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows:
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to arrival, 10% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
~ For cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy applies under the following conditions:
~ New dates must be approved by the owner.
~ New dates can only be booked on the same property.
~ Christmas and New Years week, president's week, and Easter week are not available
~ There will be no partial refund if there is a difference in the rate if booked in the Low Season.
~ There will be a rate adjustment if there is a difference in the rate if booked in the High Season
~ A 7-night minimum stay will be required for High Season 2021/22
~ The relaxed cancellation policy does not apply in case of force majeure
If a client is booked to stay on the French side but he or she is landing in St. Maarten then they are eligible for a credit or a cancellation. However, if a client is booked to stay in a St. Maarten property then they are not automatically eligible for cancellation. They are eligible if the booking was made prior to the closure of the border. If the booking is made with the knowledge of the border closure and they can access the property then they are not automatically eligible for a credit or a cancellation.
Covid-19 extenuating circumstances:
~ Death of the leading guest and additional guests due to Covid-19. You will be required to provide one of the following,
• Death certificate
• News article naming the deceased
• Police report
~ Transportation disruptions that make it impossible to travel to your destination. This includes travel disruptions caused by natural disasters that make it impossible to reach the property. You’ll be asked to provide documentation from the airline that the flight was canceled and supporting documentation confirming that it's not possible to travel to your destination.
~Travel restrictions imposed by a government, law enforcement agency, or military that restrict travel to the destination.
