Villa Terre Azure is aptly named for the blue pool that seems to blend in with the Caribbean Sea just below the hill on which it is situated. Instead of stairs, guests enter the pool via a shallow ramp that allows a seamless transition from land to water, earning Terre Azure its name—Blue Earth. Located on Simpson Bay Lagoon in St. Martin, get a taste of what it's like to drink fine wine and walk on water in this spacious tropical villa.

The interior of the main room in Villa Terre Azure is ornate in the baroque style, with heavy wooden rafters and crossbeams over a half-spiral staircase, and an intricate wrought-iron banister leading to a mezzanine balcony. French doors with wood trim and an iron banister on a small balcony lend the main living space classical opulence. These doors lead to a den with a pool table. Beside the stairs in the main room, a hollow niche in the wall holds a beautiful antique candelabra, completing the picturesque image. White walls and cool tile floors lead from the main living space, with its comfortable sofas, out to the veranda where an alfresco dining area and a poolside bar allow for sunrise and sunset views.

The veranda is an exquisite Tuscan yellow, but the decorative niches, elaborate tile fountain, and iron-filigree white window offer a Turkish vibe that invites an espresso enjoyed at the bar. The country-style kitchen opens to the bar chairs that sit poolside, so catered events or meals prepared by gourmet chefs at the villa can be enjoyed with easy conversation and good company. The pool terrace qualifies more as a courtyard, with smooth stone tile spreading through the gardens, following the length of the pool, and curving around an attractive circular garden feature with a white, wrought-iron banister overlooking Simpson Lagoon. There, a private dock awaits a boating day.

Terra Azure has four king-sized bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths (with bathrooms in each suite). Each bedroom has air conditioning, a safe, shower, vanity, and television, while two have jacuzzi tubs as well. A complimentary concierge can assist with arranging in-villa spa days, excursions, boat rentals, and travel logistics, offering the finest quality in hospitality. Maid service cleans daily* and a pool person attends the pool so guests can feel the comfort of luxury in the utmost at Terre Azure. Come dip your toes in the water, or wade into the shallows from the comfort of Terre Azure, the villa on the bay.

Note: We are pleased to offer a convenient continental breakfast delivery option at the property. Guests have the opportunity to select the breakfast package priced at $9 per person per day. This package includes a variety of items that will be delivered to the villa each day between 7:45 AM and 11:00 AM.
The breakfast package comprises the following items: tea, coffee, orange and apple juice, croissants, pains au chocolat, lemons, butter, jam, sugar, and a French baguette.
