Villa Encore St Martin. Introducing the sexy and chic villa Encore on St Martin. Villa Encore is a beautiful 6 bedroom villa located in the exclusive enclave of Terres Basses, a haven of luxurious St Martin villas.

Sublime luxury awaits you at villa Encore. As you enter, your are greeted by an elegant and expansive living area.  The media area, formal living room, dining area and kitchen flow elegantly in this open floor plan. The living area sweeps out to the villa's masterpiece, the elegant pool terrace designed to impress and entertain.

The terrace features a heated infinity edged pool with inset seats and table.  Press a button and the pool comes alive with it's own fountain.  As if that was not enough, the outdoor speakers playing your favorite album can create a personal mecca for guests. The terrace hosts an elongated roof that provides refuge for the shade seekers. Beautifully lit, at night the terrace provides a romantic and inspiring place to dine.  All that is needed is a private chef that we would be delighted to arrange.

As the night continues on, guests can retreat to one of five beautiful bedroom suites that encompass the pool area.  Each suite has a beautiful and spacious bathroom suite.  Several suites feature their own outdoor shower.

Encore is without a doubt one of the finest hill side St Martin villa.  The tasteful decoration, very spacious and equal size bedrooms, vast swimming pool, and lovely outdoor areas are just some of the features in this fully air-conditioned new house. Not to mention the villa has a fitness room and a second terraced area with seating and a built in barbecue. Encore was gorgeous with spacious rooms. Merline was awesome and made our stay so enjoyable. The only negative was the wifi being very spotty as we needed to work while we were there.

We were blessed to spend 12 days in St.Maarten/St.Martin. Our concierge and house keeper were amazing. We stayed in two homes Terres Basse and they were both awesome! We will definetly be back

The house was gorgeous. We loved almost everything about it. Just a few minor issues that I mention for the owner/management purposes in case they are looking to improve to perfection! Again our stay was magnificent and just a few small mentions.....1) the water dispenser on the fridge did not work and the ice stopped working mid-week. We still had ice it just wasn't dispensing from the fridge door. 2) The barbeque is the backyard looked dirty (both inside and out) and like it hadn't been serviced in quite a while. This was a letdown as we love to BBQ and would have used it several times during our stay. This didn't ruin our great time but for the price we paid for the week, I would have thought the BBQ would have been cleaned after each stay. 3) Access to laundry, I didn't realize we wouldn't have full access to the washer/dryer throughout our stay. But only when the housekeeper was on the premises. I would have packed more if I'd known this. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to St Martin.

Perfect for 6 bedroom families. All 10-12 of us can be in the kitchen at the same time. Each bedroom is spacious, much better than most rentals. Outstanding views.
If you are going to spend a bunch of money on a villa, Isle Blue will offer you the best support services on the ground wherever you are.

The Encore was AMAZING! We celebrated our 20 anniversary here with a group of 10. The pictures on the website does this place no justice. Encore was beautiful and clean and very spacious. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was huge and amazing! Our daily concierge Alex was very nice, he checked in daily on me and my group and our house keeper Merline was great!!! Can’t wait to return.

Villa Encore was a wonderful Villa. We have been coming to St Martin for 20 plus years and this was by far the best place that we stayed. It sleeps 10 to 12 people very comfortably. There is not a bad room and the way it is laid out it gives each visitor their own space and privacy. Four of the six units have private outdoor showers that are nothing short of amazing. Marlene cleaned every day and was wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to have a very enjoyable dinner at home. Thanks again.

This is the 4th time we have chosen Encore Villa for our St Martin vacation. It never disappoints but lives up to our expectations of a beautiful, and well maintained villa. It has all the amenities we expect/hope for. The heated pool adds 5-6 degrees F which means life at the villa centers not only around the pool but in the pool. With a family of all ages, this feature cannot be understated.

The bedrooms are all similar which means no one feels they are either a winner/loser with the room assignment. Again this is a big deal and contributes to our decision to make repeat visits. We see the incremental improvements and replacements made from visit to visit confirming the owner's commitment to the property. The addition of the 6th room was the most obvious this year. The housekeeper, Manuella is helpful, pleasant, diligent, works hard and goes out of her way to get her work done yet not be intrusive on anything that the guests may be up to. She is a treat and appreciated.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.
