From its upper level canopies that look like sails to its elegant stretch of swimming pool on the terrace, it is a masterwork of color, appeal, and beauty.
While its style alone is enough to make it appealing, the three-bedroom villa is also an impressive spot for those who need to truly get away from it all. High ceilings, a pale and airy palette, and the use of natural materials such as pale wood and stone, ensure you feel outdoors even as you work in the gourmet kitchen. The central great room features a massive living room space and entertainment center. This opens outdoors to the lounge area near the pool. Back indoors you also find a more formal dining area adjacent to the contemporary kitchen, and these too open directly to the terrace.
Outdoors is an al fresco dining area and breakfast bar, the remarkable swimming pool and sun deck, and also an outdoor pool table! Above is a full sun deck with lounge, dining area and second sun deck. You also enjoy premium views of the palms that give the villa its name as well as the sea just beyond.
The three bedrooms complete this portrait of luxurious comfort and they each have a full en suite bath, king sized bed, and private access to the terrace.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
The villa requires a one week minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is an additional fee required to hold an event at the villa.
Event fee is: $2500
Refundable security deposit: $3000
Post Cleaning: $650
Terms and conditions:
The villa must be booked 7 nights minimum and to its full capacity only. Additional to 7 nights rental, an event fee + security deposit. Special promotion or discount cannot be applied. The event fee is charged per event (one day event). The owners would not accept more than 2 pax per bedroom and on the property except on the event day. The guests would be responsible to clean the villa after the event. Check-in day cannot be on the event day & Check-out day cannot be the day right after the event. Any catering company/private chef and wedding planner must be approved by the TPI to organize any event on our properties. In case of any damage caused by anyone during the stay (guests, chef, wedding planner, et al), the clients would be fully responsible for it. The cleaning company selected by our agency will be mandatory for the post cleaning of the event, at the charge of the client.
