Living up to its name with its Asian styled structure and interior decor, the Villa Lotus in the private Terres Basses community of St. Martin is a wonderful location to enjoy the ideal Caribbean escape. Offering amazing views with breathtaking sunsets daily, this three bedroom villa is rich with world class amenities and loads of charm. Set on a hill and providing nonstop scenery, it is the epitome of island charm.

The heart of the villa is the pool area with a grass topped gazebo that houses supremely comfortable lounge furnishings from which to take in the panoramic scenery. The wooden decking surrounds the generously sized plunge pool and is equipped with a varied array of lounge chairs. Palms dot the terrace as you make your way to the covered verandah. Here you find a traditional rope hammock, more lounging niches, and an al fresco dining area with barbecue. The gourmet kitchen opens to the terrace as well, and features a handy breakfast bar.

Inside of the classically styled structure guests will find high ceilings, natural materials, and extremely appealing décor. The living room boasts comfortable furnishings and entertainment systems, the formal dining room is open and airy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with the latest technology.

There are three bedrooms in the villa, and each offers a king sized bed, private en suite bathroom, entertainment systems, and excellent scenery. Another half bathroom is in the shared living space near the kitchen and living room.

If you want a remarkably attractive place from which to enjoy a tropical holiday with family or friends, the Villa Lotus is a wonderful option. Just minutes from the beautiful beaches of the area, and only a short distance to the charming shops and restaurants of Cupecoy, it provides guests with the very best that this island has to offer.

The standard terms and conditions apply except in situations with a verified COVID impact. With a verified COVID claim, the cancellation policy is amended as follows:

-A full refund minus a $500 administrative fee is offered for cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival.

-For cancellations within 30 days, no refunds will be provided. However, the option for a postponement credit will be offered and to be used by July 1, 2022 . 

Conditions that meet the COVID Cancellation policy include the following conditions: COVID travel bans, border closures, quarantine requirement, or a recent positive test result within the traveling party.  Supporting documents may be required. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

  • Rent a villa for 7 nights or more with a minimum weekly rate of $4000 and receive a complimentary rental car.

    A Hyundai I10 is provided. Complimentary vehicle delivery to the villa is included. 

    Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. Guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay.

    Rental car can be upgraded for an additional charge.

Lotus is in a great location and has a great layout with the very private 3 ensuite bedrooms all located in what are effectively separate buildings. All have an ocean view and all are very well appointed with spacious baths and fine linens. We used the kitchen extensively. It is very well equipped. We spent almost all of our time outdoors. I don't think I sat on the sofa inside the living room but once. The outdoor pagoda is a lovely shaded place to chill in the afternoon when the sun gets hot. The pool is huge and great for swimming. Additionally, there is a very nice sound system so you have music playing outdoors and in. Finally, you are 3 minutes from the Grand Marche grocery store which is super convenient. I highly recommend Lotus.

Lotus was a lovely villa with all the necessary commodities. We never lacked anything, perfectly equipped, surround system indoor and especially outdoors was amazing, the beds and pillows were better than anywhere we ever slept (we'd love to know where you got your pillows). The cleaning services of Geraldine were excellent. We were close to airport, stores and restos. The ocean view and sunset were spectacular everyday. The villa reached our our desires and exceeded our expectations.

This villa with a million dollar view is nothing short of amazing. It is without exception the most beautiful vacation location we've ever experienced. My understanding is this villa was rebuilt following hurricane Irma... everything looks so brand new and clean and the lovely housekeeper Miss Claudia keeps it that way.

This was our first-ever experience at St. Martin and obviously, our first with St. Martin Blue. Let me just say this was one of the most pleasant vacation experiences we have ever enjoyed! We stayed at Falaise des Oiseaux.... the villa is beautiful and the view from there is breath-taking. Nancy and I did a 90min couples massage on the breezeway and this without a doubt, the most amazing massage experience we've every had... highly recommend!! We used the SXMHalle food delivery service and again, I highly recommend it. We were well stocked upon arrival! Also, the auto rental process through St. Martin Blue went without a hitch!! Big thanks to Gioviani for all he did to make this click!! I also want to thank Mary Pati (concierge) for being so attentive on the front-end in answering our questions promptly and completely. We threw her two curve balls that I won't even begin to explain but only say that she responded professionally and to our ultimately complete satisfaction in sorting out the booking arrangements! Bless her! One of the other added pluses for this vacation was meeting the housekeeper... Miss Claudia. This woman is amazing and by the end of our stay, the four of us, considered her like family. We truly look forward to seeing her again!! Just a beautiful lady. Anyway, I have rambled enough.... I hate doing reviews BUT I would be remiss if I didn't share how wonderful this St. Martin Blue experience was... The St. Martin Blue "team" did a wonderful job making sure that this was the best vacation we've ever had... Thank you!! We loved EVERY minute of it!

I loved staying in Mille Fleurs. I only have positive things to say about it. First of all, the house and the view are absolutely stunning! I couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. They had everything that you could possibly need. Heather, who cleans and takes care of the house, knows most everything and does an amazing job! We also enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood. It’s a great workout with all of the hills! I do hope to return one day…I miss the house snd the view already!

We had a fabulous time in a fabulous house. Everyone involved was so helpful and great from beginning to end! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
