This property fits up to four guests at a time, and they’ll be split between two bedrooms (each with its own ensuite bathroom). This is a great property for a small family unit or even a pair of couples – then again, no matter how your group is made up, by staying at the Nuit d'Étoiles villa, you’re guaranteed to experience a stunning stay.
The interior of this villa is designed with the idea of comfort in mind. With a cozy living space as the central hub for conversation and socializing, you’ll find that you’re spending hours in the lounge, sitting with the others on the corner sofa and watching the TV. When you get hungry, use the open kitchen to grab some food to eat in the dining room. No matter the time of day, you’ll be able to be comfortable, since there’s air-conditioning throughout, not that you’ll need it. The weather on St. Martin is extremely temperate and consistently cooled by the tropical breezes. If even that’s not enough, you can spend hours swimming in the on-site infinity pool to keep the heat away. Before long, you’ll realize that hours will have passed and that you’ve never been more relaxed than at this moment.
For those who don’t want to swim, the pool is surrounded by a wooden, multi-leveled terrace that can be used for socializing, sunbathing, lounging, reading, and everything you can imagine as part of your relaxation plan. If you’re of age, make use of the integrated bar, but even if you’re underage, the outdoor barbeque can be used to create some stunning meals!

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 35% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation between 59 to 31 days of arrival, 55% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 30 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Year's reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
