The villa’s clean, modern design seamlessly connects the open-plan interior to the spacious outdoor areas, which are filled with dining and lounging spaces. Stylish Euro-inspired furniture in soothing tones of taupe, off-white, and grey, with pops of vibrant color, adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Inside, the villa offers ample seating to enjoy the home’s entertainment options, as well as indoor dining. The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring deep aubergine, steel, and grey granite finishes, blends beautifully with the rest of the home, opening onto both the interior and exterior spaces—allowing the chef to stay connected with guests. Multiple covered terraces on different levels offer a change of scenery, including the main level with its large fiber-optic pool, which illuminates with changing colors at night. For a bit of recreation, there's an outdoor pool table, and for breathtaking views, the rooftop living area provides a perfect spot to watch the sunrise or sunset. The villa has three equal-sized bedrooms, each with hardwood floors, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs with Apple TV, and en suite bathrooms. Every bedroom opens onto a private, covered terrace with seating. One bedroom is located in the main villa, while two are housed in a separate casita. The spa-like bathrooms are generously sized, featuring both indoor and outdoor showers that open to secluded garden views.
Though the villa feels secluded, you’re just steps away from Plum Baie Beach and close to amenities. A short drive will take you to Baie Nettle’s popular dining spots like Le Sand, Dreams, and Mezza Luna. You’re just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the charming French capital of Marigot, with its restaurants, shops, galleries, historic buildings, and Creole Market. In 25 minutes, you can reach the shopping hubs of Grand Case and Philipsburg.
Note: We are pleased to offer a convenient continental breakfast delivery option at the property. Guests have the opportunity to select the breakfast package priced at $9 per person per day. This package includes a variety of items that will be delivered to the villa each day between 7:45 AM and 11:00 AM.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

The villa requires a one week minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is an additional fee required to hold an event at the villa.
Event fee is: $2500
Refundable security deposit: $3000

Terms and conditions:
The villa must be booked 7 nights minimum and to its full capacity only. Additional to 7 nights rental, an event fee + security deposit. Special promotion or discount cannot be applied. The event fee is charged per event (one day event). The owners would not accept more than 2 pax per bedroom and on the property except on the event day. The guests would be responsible to clean the villa after the event. Check-in day cannot be on the event day & Check-out day cannot be the day right after the event. Any catering company/private chef and wedding planner must be approved by the TPI to organize any event on our properties. In case of any damage caused by anyone during the stay (guests, chef, wedding planner, et al), the clients would be fully responsible for it. The cleaning company selected by our agency will be mandatory for the post cleaning of the event, at the charge of the client.
