With its large and thoughtful design, the Villa No Limit can really live up to its name. You may discover that a stay here offers limitless opportunities for relaxation and fun, and that may make it your sole destination in St. Martin. Set on a hill in the private Terres Basses community, it has a remarkably good perspective of the landscape and sea beyond.

The emphasis in this villa is the outdoor living space, and this includes a truly lovely and inspiring infinity edge pool and several pavilions for plenty of opportunities to remain outdoors all day or night. The wooden sundeck is equipped with a large number of lounge chairs and seating, and the pavilions also feature comfortable furnishings as well. An outdoor bar ensures that you have plenty of reasons to enjoy the private grounds and gardens that surround you, and you will find yourself eagerly raising a glass to the sunsets each afternoon.

The villa also has a covered terrace that fronts the property and which opens directly into the great room and shared living spaces. The formal dining room opens directly into the living room and entertainment area, the full gourmet kitchen is adjacent to this space and is open to the terrace. There is also a gym and shared half bath on the premises too.

There are three bedrooms in the villa and each is equipped with a large en suite bathroom inspired by spa design. The bedrooms all provide amazing views, king sized beds, and air conditioning.

Designed to satisfy the needs of a diverse group of people, the Villa No Limit does indeed have no limits where fun and relaxation are concerned. With room for up to six, it is perfect for a family or group of discerning travelers in search of an idyllic St. Martin escape.

Overall great, tough driveway

Very nice villa, I would only change a few things if I could. The furniture in the TV room was really uncomfortable. The kitchen was not nearly as well stocked (spices, etc) as most we have stayed at. Loved having an AC in the TV room. It would have been really nice if there was a living room set up where they have the dining table now. Such a waste with that beautiful view that there was nowhere to sit inside and enjoy it.
As always,, St Martin Blue services was outstanding. Mary made all of our reservations and was always a joy to work with.
We ate at some of our old favorites. As always, Sol e Luna was among the very best. The msassage in the villa was excellent. The sunset cruise was a fun diversion.

The villa was everything we expected. Exceptional Views. Great condition, big open quality baths. Extras we enjoyed: bar area, lounging and dining gazebos. The driveway was the biggest drawback- narrow and tight turn radius made it very difficult to navigate our Dodge Caravan. We left it at the gate most of the time. ON the last day I drove it down to load our bages and dinged the lower bumper on the one foot high wall that you can't see. Had to file a damage claim. I would highly recommend leasing small cars if staying at villa No Limit.
St Martin Blue had good attention to detail and questions. We are happy with their service- good about confirming spa services and guest chef.

In May of 2009 we had the pleasure of celebrating a special occasion at villa No Limit on St Martin with a week long stay. Villa No Limit is a recently renovated villa that offers a contemporary decor with sharp lines and a soothing decor with a minimalist design with sharp accent colors. The villa is located in the heart of the privately gated and desired Terres Basses community. The three bedroom villa is situated on a hill overlooking Baie Longue offering a private and serene retreat. The location offers stunning ocean and sunset views as well as a short drive to Plum Bay beach, Baie Longue beach and Baie Rouge beach.

Upon arrival to the privately gated estate, we were impressed with the immaculate state of the entrance as well as the sharp exterior design of the villa No Limit. As guests enter the villa, they are welcomed to a spacious open floor plan. The living area and dining area are located in this area while the media room is immediately to the left. The media room is well equipped with a home theatre system, US satellite TV and DVD player. Exceptional sound quality emanates from the home theatre.

To the right of the living area is a half bathroom and the entrance to the kitchen. The contemporary kitchen offers an efficient workspace with ample amenities. The kitchen opens up to a bar overlooking the pool area and the two gazebos. A gas barbeque and outdoor shower are located by the outdoor bar sweeping along the right side of the villa.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
