Villa Blue Beach boasts an exceptional location directly on Baie Longue Beach in the exclusive Terres Basses area of Saint Martin — a true paradise for ocean lovers. Perched slightly above the shoreline, Blue Beach blends classic Caribbean charm with modern elegance. From every vantage point, sweeping views unfold — the full stretch of Baie Longue Beach, the shimmering blue sea, and the distant silhouette of Saba island. Sunsets here are spectacular. The villa is nestled in lush tropical gardens and designed around a central swimming pool framed by a travertine terrace that runs the entire length of the property.

Built on multiple levels, graceful stone stairways connect the outdoor spaces, leading directly down to the soft sand. A charming gazebo at the terrace’s edge offers the perfect spot to watch the sun sink into the sea. One wing features a two-bedroom cottage with a private patio, both rooms offering sea views and one including a kitchenette. The interiors are bright, peaceful, and inviting — with white tones, romantic touches, and handcrafted mahogany Creole windows and doors. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom adorned with colorful tiles.

The main wing houses an open-concept great room that flows seamlessly to the terrace and ocean views. Furnished with comfortable rattan and teak pieces accented in tropical hues, it’s an ideal setting for relaxing with friends and family. The fully equipped galley-style kitchen opens onto the living area and the views beyond. Expansive covered verandas with outdoor dining and lounging spaces invite you to savor the island’s breezes just steps from the beach. A low coral stone sea wall, lined with palms and bougainvillea, elegantly separates the terraces from the sand.

Two additional bedrooms are located off the great room, each featuring sea views, spa-inspired bathrooms, and charming island-style décor in wicker, teak, and crisp white linens.

The setting feels completely private yet remains conveniently close to everything — the restaurants and gourmet shops of Baie Nettle and Porto Cupecoy are just minutes away, Marigot is a short 10-minute drive, and the airport is only 8 minutes from your door. Grand Case and Philipsburg can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Note: Blue Beach can be rented along with its sister villa, Turtle Nest to accommodate max 16 guests. A caretaker lives on the estate in a separate cottage with its own entrance and driveway.
