The villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds, satellite TV, ceiling fans, and DVD players. An oversized, fully-equipped mahogany kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of counter space and a center island.
The cottage is a fully air-conditioned 800 sf house that is very versatile, given the separate bedroom, bathroom, and living room layout with a plush sofa. Located only 50 yards from the main villa, it is the perfect option for in-laws who want privacy or to be used as a nanny suite. The main living space's open and inviting layout will feature a new modern, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room with smart TV. The stylish, redesigned bathroom features an oversized shower. The new furniture also mirrors the main villa's modern coastal aesthetic and the queen-size bedroom includes the same Heavenly® Bed and luxury linens along with a smart TV. The covered front porch offers 2 lounge chairs with an ottoman and a bistro table with chairs. The private backyard sundeck has scenic water views and is outfitted with an umbrella and chaise lounges.
