Villa Serena on St Martin is set towards the southern end of the gorgeous Baie Rouge Beach within the gated and exclusive enclave of Baie Rouge Residences. This classically elegant five bedroom villa has some gorgeous views of the soft, powdery white sand, the shimmering blue ocean and the stunning island of Anguilla in the distance.

Influences from the south of France can be seen in the delightful tropical decor which can be seen through the vaulted ceilings blended with the lovely, extensive terrace, which is surrounded by amazing white columns and intricately designed archways.

Showcasing a brilliant media room area with a generously sized flat screen TV and a newly added reading area with some comfortable, new couches. Each of the five bedrooms have been fully renovated with brand new mattresses, new curtains and new fabrics. Three of the five bedrooms have lovely king sized beds and their very own private en-suite bathrooms, while two of the bedrooms have twin beds and their very own modern en-suite bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms have a spacious walk in closet, stunning French doors and the ceiling fans add a touch of tropical inspiration.

Villa Serena is a magical setting for families and groups of friends.  A graceful yet comfortable charm abounds the villa as if Serena took the very best parts of that dream villa in Provence and placed it on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean.  Guests will have a very private and expansive estate with an unsurpassed outdoor setting to decompress and erase all the stress and worries of home.

Villa Serena was fabulous for our group of 11. It was even better than advertised. Very open setting, right on the water, great pool but had plenty of areas to relax and get away. The bedrooms were large, nicely appointed with walk-in closet, safe and wonderful showers. All in all - it was a 10... though the highlight were our chef, waiter and the house cleaning staff. All first-rate. The question is when can be come back to visit again.

The St. Martin Blue staff was easy to work with. Responsive. Secured us a ping pong table. Our chef service with waiter was exceptional. We'll use St. Martin Blue again when traveling to the Caribbean.

The outdoor setting at this property is stunning. Located directly on the beach with a big terrace and deep pool. The sound of the waves and gentle sea breezes are divine. A great place to lie out on the comfy pool chairs at any time whether it's during the sunsplashed day or stargazing at night with the twinkle of Anguilla in the distance.
The villa is perfect for families with a lawn the kids can play on and plenty of space to spread out.
The villa is spacious and exceptionally well maintained. It is clean and charming. The staff is fantastic and attentive to details.

St Martin Blue Services Comments: Over the TOP...from day one I felt completely comfortable with the entire staff. Not too often you put a credit card out, or checks and you feel safe, but with St. Martin Blue I felt completely safe and knew I was dealing with true professional. The service provide were top of the line, from booking the meals, the travel arrangements and the stay, the St. martin Blue staff made this special 50th surprise party for my wife an event she will never forget. The driver who picked us up from the airport played the surprise to the fullest, he was perfect, my wife was shocked.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

Rental rates:
The villa requires a one week minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is an additional fee required to hold an event at the villa.

Event fee is: $2500
Refundable security deposit: $3000
Post Cleaning: $650

Terms and conditions:
The villa must be booked 7 nights minimum and to its full capacity only. Additional to 7 nights rental, an event fee + security deposit. Special promotion or discount cannot be applied. The event fee is charged per event (one day event). The owners would not accept more than 2 pax per bedroom and on the property except on the event day. The guests would be responsible to clean the villa after the event. Check-in day cannot be on the event day & Check-out day cannot be the day right after the event. Any catering company/private chef and wedding planner must be approved by the TPI to organize any event on our properties. In case of any damage caused by anyone during the stay (guests, chef, wedding planner, et al), the clients would be fully responsible for it. The cleaning company selected by our agency will be mandatory for the post cleaning of the event, at the charge of the client.

PROMOTIONS

  • Rent a villa for 7 nights or more with a minimum weekly rate of $8000 and receive a complimentary rental car.

    A Hyundai I10 is provided with an option to upgrade the car model for an additional charge.

    Complimentary vehicle delivery to the villa is included. 

    Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. Guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay or paying a pick-up fee. Upon villa confirmation, a redeemable promo code will be sent to the guest.
