If a client is booked to stay on the French side but he or she is landing in St. Maarten then they are eligible for a credit or a cancellation. However, if a client is booked to stay in a St. Maarten property then they are not automatically eligible for cancellation. They are eligible if the booking was made prior to the closure of the border. If the booking is made with the knowledge of the border closure and they can access the property then they are not automatically eligible for a credit or a cancellation.

The condo at St. Maarten Cupecoy Bay is one of the most magical places we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The vistas grand, where to the right one can stare out to the ocean as the occasional grande dame of ocean liners eases her way through the still waters. To the left another generous sized balcony with a dipping pool looking on to Simpson Bay that houses chaise lounge chairs and has a picture perfect view. Ideal for star gazing with the lights to Marigot sparkling to the left and those of Cole Bay sparkling to the right. During the day a gorgeous space to relax and take in St. Maarten.
Each room is beautifully appointed each having it’s own generous ensuite with attention to detail. The mattresses were luxurious and if one was compelled to catch something on television a flat screen is in each room including the living room. The windows that surround the condo allow for the warm Caribbean breeze to blow through. Gorgeous!
Located at the French/Dutch border the views from the bedrooms look onto green hills filled with tropical foliage where the tree frogs sing. A soothing ambient sound that can be found throughout the entire island.
The kitchen has everything one needs to create a gourmet meal and with easy accessibility to the groceries it’s a no brainer. The option for dinner exists to be either inside at the gorgeous dining table or outside staring out at the Bay with a table that houses 10 and a barbecue perfect to cook up the catch of the day.
Only ten minutes from the airport, the Corfu Cupecoy condo is ideally located where it is effortless to pick up french pastries from Sarafina which is ten minutes away while shopping for fresh fish and produce from the local market across the street. A host of other options exist even closer. Groceries are available at "Super U" which is 15 minutes away. Too tired to head out then a "Grand Marche" market exists in the complex housing everything from gorgeous French wines to whatever else you would require to conjure up a gourmet meal. No need to leave the entire time you’re there. If cooking isn’t on the list then a selection of fine restaurants exist on the main floor of the complex overlooking the stunning marina. Up for some shopping then Philipsburg is the place to be which is only 25 minutes away. On the way back don’t forget to stop off at “The Big Fish” for dinner. The drive to and from is stunning and a car is a must as there is so much to explore on the island and the Corfu Cupecoy condo is close to all. Perfect for couples that would like to run away and spend quality time together and most affordable. A sexy elegant place on a sexy elegant island.
A spectacular five star experience.
This three bedroom rooftop condominium is nothing short of luxurious. It is 2100 sq ft with a roof top patio and personal plunge pool of equal size. It was obviously furnished and decorated by a professional decorator. The beds are so comfortable. Each of the bedrooms are very private with an ensuite. The location on the island is perfect and central. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is perfect for three couples or an extended family holiday. The views off the family room balcony and the main balcony with the plunge pool are wonderful. Waking up to watch the sunrise from the deck is a must. The community grocery store and restaurants are fun but the island has so much to offer. The island is recognized as the cuisine capital of the carribean and I know why. The grocery stores arrival whole foods. The beaches are crystal clear the powder sand wonderful Sunset beach watching the jets is fun as well.
