Villa Luna at Shore Pointe on Cupecoy Beach.  If you feel that a Caribbean holiday cannot be enjoyed in a town home setting, you must experience the impressive Villa Luna at Shore Pointe. Part of the Shore Pointe community of Cupecoy, in St. Maarten, this three bedroom town home demonstrates that an island escape can easily be enjoyed in a classic, multi-story property. Set behind the oceanfront villas in the same community, this villa looks out on a scene straight from paradise. Blue and white dominate the landscape thanks to the elegant design of the other villas and the constant presence of sea and sky.

The villa features three floors of living space with a master bedroom, plunge pool, and gorgeous sundeck on the uppermost level, shared living spaces that include kitchen, terrace, living and dining rooms on the middle level, and the remaining two bedrooms on the lower level.

The three bedrooms all feature king sized beds, enormous en suite bathrooms, entertainment systems with plasma TVs, and excellent views. There is also a private, ground floor terrace from which guests can enjoy cool afternoon breezes or morning coffee.

The main living level is where the full gourmet kitchen is found, along with a formal dining area, full living room, and the covered terrace with barbecue and second lounge area. The decor throughout is chic and modern, but never stuffy or uncomfortable in the least.

Because it is in the Cupecoy area it means that visitors to the Villa Luna are just steps from some of the best nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities imaginable. The marina is nearby, the beach is just a short and comfortable walk from the villa's front door, and other popular beaches are only five minutes by car. When you want to enjoy a unique and wonderful tropical vacation with friends or family, this town home property makes the perfect choice.

Note: Elevator within the villa is no longer operational and not necessary.

All we can say is wow! Villa Luna was excellent, staff was great, and of course St Maarten was fabulous. My wife didnt want to go home!!!

This Villa was probably one of the best we have ever stayed at. My wife says she will never stay in a hotel ever again. The views, the rooms, the pool and amenities were great. Full kitchen for those days you just wanted to relax was excellent which included everything.

Villa Luna is beautiful and even better than the photos online. It was very clean, safe and spacious with lots of balconies to enjoy the views. Porto Cupecoy marina is right across the street so you can easily go grocery shopping or grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants there. You can also walk to Cupecoy beach right next door or Mullet Bay Beach which is bigger about half mile away. Maho Beach is fairly close too but not really in walking distance. If you want to get to Grand Case or Marigot do not go between 4 and 5:30 - we got crushed in traffic. One recommendation for the Villa is to add a few more chaise lounges off the first floor bedroom and perhaps a small table and chairs off the primary bedroom balcony on top floor to enjoy morning coffee and watch the boats go by. Also including a local map within the Villa would have been helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Our trip to St. Martin was very well organized thanks to St. Martin Blue. From the airport pickup to car rental drop off and grocery delivery everything went smoothly. Our concierge checked in to make sure we were set and we felt well taken care of. One minor point of the vacation was that we rented a boat excursion through St. Martin Blue and the marina was quite a distance from the Villa through a treacherous mountain pass. It would have been better to have a marina closer to the Villa. Also, our boat rental was for a boat with a bathroom and we were given an older boat without one, which was a disappointment but our boat captain was friendly and knowledgeable so it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great trip.

My family and I had a fabulous time while vacationing in St Maarten! We loved our villa, it was perfect for our family of six! We did 4 hour private boat trip on "The Larson" with Captain Phillip that was awesome. We had massages st our villa one morning which was great. We checked out several different beaches through-out our stay (Mullet bay, baige rouge, several beaches on day of boat trip), shopping in Marigot, shopping in Maho, took ferry to Anguilla and spent the day at Sheoul beach. Had fun checking out different eating places and all were wonderful with great food... Bar Code, Fat Tony's, Papa Dan's pizza, Pineapple Pete's, Izi's, Dreams, Bamboo, BB's. Attended our son's Med School graduation at the Sonesta. Was very relaxing and "fill my cup" kind of vacation!!

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
