Shore Pointe is a highly sought after gated enclave featuring waterfront villas and town homes. The privacy is immaculate and you'll never want to leave as it is brings an exquisite architectural moment to Cupecoy Beach. You can appreciate the shimmering Caribbean Sea that captures the most beautiful shades of aqua and turquoise under the shining tropical sun.

Not to mention, there is the brand new Porto Cupecoy marina and Porto Cupecoy has a gorgeous plaza that is just across the street, offering great entertainment, fine dine restaurants, a grocery shop for your convenience and a pastry gelateria store that is the perfect place for a romantic day out or to just simply spoil your children. Then just a five minute drive away, you will also be able to appreciate the stunning Mulley Bay, Plum Bay, Long Bay and Baie Rouge Beaches.

The moment you drive through the gates into Shore Pointe, just continue to drive for another seventy yards and you will arrive at the Villa Luna and don't worry about parking, because each villa offers a handy parking spot on the ground floor of the house and any other vehicles can be parked just around the corner.

On the first floor, there will be two luscious bedrooms with complete en-suite bathrooms at your disposal, a generous flat screen TV and just outside your bedroom, there is a small terrace, perfect for reading the newspaper as you experience the idyllic lifestyle of the Caribbean.

The second floor has an open space plan with a state of the art kitchen, prepped with all the essentials, a nice dining table and a spacious living area. There is access to a terrace from the second floor as well; out on the terrace you will be able to find a fully equipped BBQ, perfect for hosting a night out and a relaxing outdoor seating area.

The third level holds the master bedroom and from this level, you will be able to see the breathtaking views of the gorgeous Caribbean ocean and you will have access to a roof top plunge pool in addition to comfortable lounge chairs to make the most of this Caribbean experience. This is the perfect spot to take in sunsets and moonrises, thus it's clever name, the Villa Luna.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Villa Luna is beautiful and even better than the photos online. It was very clean, safe and spacious with lots of balconies to enjoy the views. Porto Cupecoy marina is right across the street so you can easily go grocery shopping or grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants there. You can also walk to Cupecoy beach right next door or Mullet Bay Beach which is bigger about half mile away. Maho Beach is fairly close too but not really in walking distance. If you want to get to Grand Case or Marigot do not go between 4 and 5:30 - we got crushed in traffic. One recommendation for the Villa is to add a few more chaise lounges off the first floor bedroom and perhaps a small table and chairs off the primary bedroom balcony on top floor to enjoy morning coffee and watch the boats go by. Also including a local map within the Villa would have been helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Our trip to St. Martin was very well organized thanks to St. Martin Blue. From the airport pickup to car rental drop off and grocery delivery everything went smoothly. Our concierge checked in to make sure we were set and we felt well taken care of. One minor point of the vacation was that we rented a boat excursion through St. Martin Blue and the marina was quite a distance from the Villa through a treacherous mountain pass. It would have been better to have a marina closer to the Villa. Also, our boat rental was for a boat with a bathroom and we were given an older boat without one, which was a disappointment but our boat captain was friendly and knowledgeable so it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great trip.

My family and I had a fabulous time while vacationing in St Maarten! We loved our villa, it was perfect for our family of six! We did 4 hour private boat trip on "The Larson" with Captain Phillip that was awesome. We had massages st our villa one morning which was great. We checked out several different beaches through-out our stay (Mullet bay, baige rouge, several beaches on day of boat trip), shopping in Marigot, shopping in Maho, took ferry to Anguilla and spent the day at Sheoul beach. Had fun checking out different eating places and all were wonderful with great food... Bar Code, Fat Tony's, Papa Dan's pizza, Pineapple Pete's, Izi's, Dreams, Bamboo, BB's. Attended our son's Med School graduation at the Sonesta. Was very relaxing and "fill my cup" kind of vacation!!
