For an exceptional vacation in Cupecoy, St. Martin, Sea Esta Villa offers lodging with the best of everything. The villa itself is located in a residential enclave on gorgeous Cupecoy Beach. The condominium is well-appointed and features four bedrooms with stunning views over the Caribbean Sea. Guests can also look out over the neighboring island of Saba on the distant horizon.
This villa has four levels, all of which are air-conditioned, and comes with a plunge pool on the top floor. The spacious interior area includes a massive open plan kitchen and living area, four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and an extra two guest bathrooms. The entrance level of the home has two king-size bedrooms that offer massive glass-paneled doors and balconies that look over the ocean. Each room has a bathroom with double vanity, pebble flooring, a toilet, and a spacious open shower.
Sea Esta has a curved stairway and a central elevator to go between levels of the building and visit the large shared living space on the second level. Cane ceiling fans, comfortable bamboo couches, and warm wood tones add to the tropical feel while the central white columns break off the space leading to a dining room with space for eight to eat.
The living room comes with wooden doors with glass panels and widescreen television. It opens out into a terrace with outdoor dining, a gas grill, and views of nearby residences. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, and a utility area with a wine cooler and second refrigerator.
The top floor of the villa has a backdrop featuring the ocean and includes the plunge pool and a deck area with an exquisite aquatic mural. Next door is the master bedroom with a king-size bed that has a terrace and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, open shower, and toilet.
Sea Esta was renovated in 2019 and has a fourth bedroom in the basement that can be accessed straight from the garage area. This bedroom has a queen and a single bed and includes its own private bathroom with a shower, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
When you want to explore the area, the beach is just a few minutes’ walks away. The villa is also right across from the Porto Cupecoy resort with restaurants, shops, and a marina. This villa is a fantastic choice for a family with older children or a large group of friends going on vacation together.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
