New! Villa Azur Dream, St Martin. Azur Dream is a luxurious, modern Caribbean villa situated high on Morne Rouge, a private gated community within the greater Terres Basses. Originally known as Azur Reve, the villa has been thoughtfully renovated after Irma; maintaining the villa’s charm while updating its style. Hidden behind a magnificent old Caribbean stone wall, this newly renovated villa is as enchanting outside as it is inside. The stone paved courtyard filled with lush gardens, tropical trees and handcrafted, plant filled pots create a serene and relaxing landscape that leads you into the main living area.

As you enter the villa and out to the terrace, the richly variegated scenery expands into a panoramic view filled with a profusion of color and texture. The blues of the Caribbean and tropical sky are accented by white clouds, Anguilla’s green silhouette and colorful tropical foliage. Below are the elegant villas and gardens of Terres Basses. At dusk, brilliant sunsets create colorful backdrops for evening entertainment.

The villa’s stylish attitude mixes Mediterranean, North African and the Caribbean design with easy comfort in shades of white accented with contemporary and tribal touches using rich texture, pattern and art blend with color in shades of blue, naturals, grey and brown. Teak and driftwood furniture and accessories add warmth. Oversized light cream tiles flow throughout the interiors and exteriors creating a restful unity.

The villa combines five main living spaces; the great room, upper level bedroom wing, lower level apartment, pool and exterior dining/lounging spaces and a gym. The spacious great room is a comfortable living and entertaining area well suited to large families or groups of friends. The room combines a lounge area with Smart TV, Dish TV, Netflix and a sound system plus a sleek, modern kitchen and dining area. Large unfettered windows visually frame the magnificent view.

Outside the great room are spacious exterior areas for relaxing, dining al fresco and swimming. Inspired by the view’s shades of blue, the stunning custom pool, features a gentle sloping decent; great for children and folks with mobility issues. Surrounding the pool are plentiful spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy the view and sun.

The seven bedroom feature king size beds and en suite bathrooms. Five are on the upper level, one with a separate outside entrance. Two are on the lower level along with a separate kitchen/dining area. Each bathroom is a relaxing symphony of refined texture mixing stone, natural tiles, woods and stainless. A beautiful little gym sits on a stone platform on the lower level. The room’s design features thoughtful recycling as the walls are constructed of beautifully restored old Caribbean mahogany louver doors that are part of the old Azur Reve.

Although Azur Dream is wonderfully secluded, you are close to the island’s rich amenities. You are two minute drive to Baie Rouge Beach and just a few minutes more to Baie Nettle food and shopping scene. Its 5 minutes to the airport. In 10 minute you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, and historic buildings. Drive 25 minutes to Grand Case and Philipsburg for shopping and dining.

Please note the following rules apply for stays over SXM Festival week from March 11-15, 2020:
- Minimum stay 7 nights
- No more than 2 pax per bedroom
- No extra guest or outside guests will be allowed on the property
- No event can take place on the property
- The presence of the housekeeper will be required every days during her regular working hours without any exception (except on Sundays).
- A mandatory security deposit of US$ 3,000 will be required for all rentals that take place during the SXM Music Festival dates.
- The owners reserve the right to charge a fee for extra cleaning or damage but also to request the full security deposit if it is found out that extra guests stayed on the property and/or an event took place on the property without prior approval.

Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
What is the cancellation policy? click to open
Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.
What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.
Do you accept credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, or Visa)? click to open
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

It was perfect for our family- spacious, relaxing, excellent kitchen. Topped off by the fact that Isaline was wonderful, which truly made it feel like home. We had some issues with electricity, fuses blown a couple nights in a row, but that was the only glitch and the owner came and helped my Dad figure everything out. We will stay at Azur Reve again if travels take us to St Martin again!
