Villa Bella Casa on St. Martin is one of the largest villas on the island, featuring nine spacious bedroom suites and two inviting swimming pools. The extraordinary size of this lovely seaside villa makes it ideal for large families, a group of friends vacationing together or a destination event like a wedding.  Seven bedrooms are located in the main house, and a separate cottage with its own pool houses the other two bedrooms.

Villa Bella Casa is located right near the world renowned La Samana hotel, and it is just minutes away from Baie Longue beach. The villa is part of the exclusive, gated Terres Basses community, and offers every amenity you need for a relaxing St. Martin vacation. Spectacular views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea can be seen from the expansive pool deck.

Maintain your fitness regimen in the nicely equipped gym, and take advantage of advanced electronics for entertainment including a DVD and CD player and a VCR. Other outstanding amenities include billiards, table tennis, satellite TV and WiFi Internet access. The gourmet kitchen opens to the outdoor terrace and features a large center island, perfect as a countertop or for an informal buffet meal. A dishwasher, ice machine, microwave and coffee maker are provided for your convenience.

Villa guests can take their meals indoors in the dining room or outside under a protected area overlooking the pool. For casual meals, there is a gas barbecue. Each of the nine air conditioned bedrooms features a TV, ceiling fans and a private ensuite bath with a shower. Special touches like tiled flooring, lovely coverlets, accent pillows and wood framed French doors leading to the terrace make these bedrooms inviting and comfortable. The outdoor seating areas are designed for relaxation and for taking in amazing St. Martin sunsets.

The charming town of Marigot with its boutique shopping and fine restaurants is approximately ten minutes away by car. Villa Casa Bella can be rented as a 4, 5, 6. 7, 8 or 9 bedroom villa to suit your needs.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide to local ordinances.

Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Once a reservation request is received, St Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
What is the cancellation policy? click to open
Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.
What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In late 2018, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.

A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer is typically available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

I just returned from a glorious week at La Bella Casa. Every feature of this beautiful home is designed to provide the ultimate in hospitality.

The pictures shown on the TripAdvisor site are completely accurate, and they speak for themselves. The view is SPECTACULAR. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of closet space and each room has it's own safe. The bathrooms are large and very up to date. The air conditioning is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped and user friendly.

The villa is situated on the same street as the Belmond La Semmana. A grocery store that also sells wine is a 5 minute drive away. A large supermarket, Super U, is located in Marigot about 15 minutes away.

The staff here is very professional, friendly and helpful.

Staying at La Bella Casa is nothing short of pure pleasure.

18 of us, 12 adults and 6 children ranging in age from late 60's to 3 years old vacation together every year in a villa in the Caribbean. This year we stayed at La Bella Casa. It was a wonderful experience. The Villa is quite beautiful, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. It is an excellent choice for large groups. We had plenty of space for everyone. The pool is very nice and large many times all 18 of us were in there at once. There were two very large dining tables close to each other one in doors and one out doors on the patio, it was open to the outdoors with no walls or doors so our large group was able to all dine together at the same time which was very convenient. The staff were all very accommodating and extremely friendly. Our Concierge was outstanding. Any thing we needed was taken care of. The house, lawn and pool are very well maintained. Our visit left us with wonderful memories we will carry with us forever.

I've rented many vacation homes on the internet and have become very cautious and skeptical about what I might find. Nothing surprises me. At La Bella Casa, we were surprised in a good way - everything was above expectations. This place is fabulous! It is completely equipped with everything you need from kitchen utensils to pool supplies (nice loungers, umbrellas, towels, etc). The staff is great! They come every morning and make the place spotless again! Roy is a great guy and very helpful and Mary makes your room fresh and clean! We will be coming back!
