Villa Mes Amis St Martin. Translating to "my friends" in French, the name of Villa Mes Amis is well chosen since this large and accommodating villa is perfect for a destination event or opulent group getaway. A true estate, Villa Mes Amis on St Martin sits on seven private acres in the picturesque Falaise des Oiseaux area of St. Martin. Positioned with an unimpeded, cliff side view of the sea and surrounding coastal area, the villa is divided between three large and gorgeous structures.
The main villa is where visitors can enjoy the impressive reception area and its enormous lounge. With some of the most stunning views imaginable, the villa enhances the experience by offering an infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi at the cliff's edge. Sky, sea, air and light are experienced without interruption in such a setting, and yet the indoor spaces do not diminish this sense of the Caribbean atmosphere. The casual lounge and dining areas of the terrace lead into the formal dining area with its sliding glass doors and access to the gourmet kitchen.
The entire villa can accommodate up to 26 guests and provides access to such amenities like a media room and gym in the main villa - in addition to the impressive pool, lounge, and expansive acreage.

Please note that Villa Mes Amis has a resident on its property, a pretty kitten who answers to the name of "The Cat". The cat does not enter the house, he lives only on the property and is fed by the house staff.
We had an amazing time at Mes Amis and the chef cooked amazing food. Julie made the time a trip to remmeber, being very kind and making sure we were satisifed at all points in time. I would highly reccommend her to anyone and everyone and will for sure use her when we go back! The bugs were a little crazy so maybe some spray on the grounds would help for future. The bees were bad when we got there but Leo was bale to help us get those under control!
Spectacular compound for large gathering! The view upon entering and every detail afterward are of the utmost quality. Heated infinity pool and hot tub, lawn chess, enormous chefs kitchen, landscaping, beautiful bedrooms, and dining for a crowd indoors and out! The staff provided top notch service in every way. Highly recommend!
This house and experience is a total gem. We had such a top ten amazing time that I've already put down a deposit for next year!!!!! Everything in every aspect was PERFECT!

This was our second time staying at Mes Amis and everyone had a great time. Leo is an exceptional villa manager and he was one of the reasons we wanted to return to Mes Amis. He was so prompt in responding to any questions or requests we had. The staff was unobtrusive and did a great job as well! The kitchen had more than enough of anything you could want or need. Just go and have a wonderful time. I would highly recommend staying at Mes Amis.

Hands down, the best vacation I've ever had. The exclusivity, privacy and luxury are unmatched. To make our family vacation even more wonderful, we hired a chef to cook some meals for us, which was most appreciated especially because we had the chef come to prepare dinner for all of us the day we arrived and the day before our departure. Rent a car or van if you're comfortable driving around or hire a driver to take you into town for some great shopping! Highly recommended.
This was by far the best vacation we ever had. We barely left the house because it was so amazing. Seeing the house in person blew away any and all images on the site. It far exceeded my expectations, and Leo, our concierge was there for any and all concerns with no delay. We will definitely be going back.

We just got back from a week stay at the Mes Amis Villa. It was a truly amazing experience. We went with the entire family, kids and all, and every day was paradise. Leo, the concierge on site made the entire experience exceptional. The rooms were perfect, the kitchen was large enough to accommodate an army, the pool was absolutely lovely and the grounds were beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend this fella and St. Martin Blue.

Mes Amis is a beautiful Villa. The views are as spectacular as they look in the pictures. Every time the gates open you will gasp. The main pool is heated which was very nice. The Villa Manager, Leo, is fantastic to deal with, one of the best as he makes himself available 24/7 and is a pleasure. The chef services were very good as well. Just a few things to mention. Many of the rooms have a lot of steps to get to and from. We did not have any one with mobility issues so not an issue for us, but if you do, be aware of their placement and if you have a number of people that can be problematic. There is a smaller theater room not in the pictures which is very nice, but would be nice if there was an outdoor pool or ping pong table. Overall, I would highly recommend.

This villa is out of this world. Outfitted with everything you might need or want, and if you find something else, just ask and it magically appears. We hosted a 50 birthday party for 20 here and everyone raved about the location and especially the view. We hardly left over the week as the villa was nicer than going to the beach! Hiring a private chef to cook each evening was also a delight. Simply amazing.
Isle Blue assisted us with finding the perfect location and made the booking process seamless and easy. Save the exorbitant fees charged by AirBNB and others by going direct to the villa owner through Isle Blue. They also offered a lot of convenient add-ons through their concierge service at no extra charge. A pleasure to work with. Will definitely use them again.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Rental rates:
The villa can be rented for a 24 hour period. Rates are as follows.
High Season Event Fee: $15,000 + 10% Tax
Low Season Event Fee: $15,000 + 10% Tax
Refundable security deposit: $10,000 + 10% Tax
*When the function takes place during the guest's weekly vacation rental the event rate will be reduced to $9,500.00.
• The villa is available for rental for a one-day event only.
• Overnight stays are strictly prohibited. No one is allowed to sleep on the property before, during, or after the event.
• Any catering company, private chef, or event planner must be pre-approved by the villa owners in order to operate on the premises.
• The wedding planner, catering company, or chef must include post-event cleaning in their services. The villa staff will handle final cleaning. However, if the cleaning required is more extensive than anticipated, additional charges will apply.
• Tables, chairs, dishes, and similar items must be provided by the catering company, private chef, or event planner.
• The renter is fully responsible and liable for any damages caused by guests, vendors (e.g., chefs, event organizers), or for any excessive cleaning required following the event.
• Noise levels must comply with local regulations.
• The maximum number of attendees must be confirmed in advance and must not exceed the limit set by the villa owner.
Terms and conditions:
All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to an 10% Government Tax & Service. They include the private use of the villa for a 24 hour period for the function set up, the event itself and the clean up afterwards. They also include the services of the villa staff and all utilities (electricity, water, gas).
Accommodation and villa staff gratuities are not included. It is the responsibility of the guests and their event planner to arrange to have furniture removed, stored and returned to enable the event to take place at the villa.
