Villa La Hacienda St Martin. Described as a family inspired property, the Villa La Hacienda in Terres Basses is certainly a dream home away from home. The property is clearly the result of a lot of careful thought and consideration of just what a family or group would need to enjoy the most relaxing vacation imaginable. This is part of the reason that the villa was featured on an episode of the program House Hunters and selected as a perfect vacation property.
With an amazing array of outdoor spaces that ensure visitors enjoy every bit of sunshine, sea breezes, and even the palms swaying gently above, the villa features a long and elegant stretch of swimming pool surrounded by a wooden sundeck and capped with a lovely gazebo at one end. Plenty of loungers ensure this will become one of the group's favorite gathering places, but there are many other outdoor spots to draw everyone together. Another gazebo offers full lounge furniture and a gas barbecue. This opens to an al fresco dining area along with other lounge spots, and then to the covered terrace where a classic hammock resides along with rocking chairs and other cozy spots.
Stepping indoors, guests will appreciate the classic Caribbean design, high ceilings and great room floor plan. A formal living room provides a nice spot to enjoy conversation in the evening hours, and it opens to a formal dining room area. This adjoins the breakfast bar and full gourmet kitchen.
La Hacienda is composed of two buildings. The main building features the open area format that includes the kitchen, dining and living space. The third and fourth bedroom have interior access to this living area. The master suite is adjacent to the living room and accessed by exterior access. The fourth bedroom is located in a casita that is accessed via a garden path features it's own en suite bathroom.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
