Overall nice house. Exterior fans rotate the wrong direction so eating meals was slightly uncomfortable becasue of the heat. Living room fans rotate the wrong way as well. One beroom does not have glass in the window openings, allowing small bugs easy entrance and noise from the outside sounds like it's in the room.

Mer Soleil needs to be rated a 10, if possible. The villa was absolutely amazing!! You can tell that the layout of the entire villa was carefully thought out to allow all guests the most memorable time imaginable. Breath-taking views of the ocean and the privacy & security of being in a gated community made our stay and experience at Mer Soleil unforgettable. The entire local concierge, housekeeper, and groundskeeper were so accommodating and friendly. Angus warmly welcomed us upon our arrival. Any requests we needed while there were always handled promptly and without issues. Beautiful detail in the decor and the space was big enough for large gatherings with family. This villa has made it very hard for us to go back to staying at a regular hotel. We will start booking our future villa stays now with Isle Blue for our travels.

I travel quite a bit and I must say that the professionalism and kindness of every person that I spoke with from start to finish was nothing less than superb. From Mary to Tijana who worked diligently with me non-stop in setting up our activities and experiences for my entire family during our stay. Their personal touch in making sure every detail of our requests was confirmed in advance of our stay meant the world to us. Our villa, Mer Soleil, in St Martin was just jaw-droppingly gorgeous!! So much space with such stunning decor and a magnificent layout! Picturesque views of the ocean and bay all around. We loved it and hated to leave!! The local concierge, housekeeper, and groundskeeper were all so warm and friendly as well. Isle Blue certainly lives up to EVERY word they promise. We have been so impressed that we are currently looking at our next trip and will be using Isle Blue again for another unforgettable vacation memory. THANK YOU Isle Blue!!

Mer Soleil was a dream vacation house! Our concierge was amazing, and always available. All additional activities (ie. private chef, rental cars ) are easy to book. The beaches were absolutely gorgeous and not too crowded at all. All restaurants were five stars!! We had the best time! I went with a group of girlfriends. The rooms and bathrooms are so spacious and pristine. There is plenty of space for 10 people. Will be returning with my family in the future!!

So convenient, very helpful, beautiful property! Felt like we lived the life of the rich and famous for a week.

Do not hesitate to book this house! Open air living was amazing, the bedrooms were beautiful with comfy beds, and the furniture throughout was chic and comfortable. Zero complaints!

Isle Blue service is outstanding! what impressed me the most is Isle Blue proactivity to ensure a smooth guest experience. Our flight was changed by the airline to arrive earlier than previously planned but thanks to Rob being proactive he arranged for Phillip to pick us up earlier from the airport and drive us to pick up our rental car, he ensured our check-in process went smoothly.

We all love this villa. The renovations are beautiful. The maid was good. Angus the caretaker was always there to solve any problem we had at the villa. We also loved the concierge service. They were extremely helpful with reservations and a few issues we had.
We were very happy with the service right from booking through our stay.

Loved the villa and location. Very comfortable and the staff were overly wonderful. We are hoping to rent this villa again over the holidays.
The staff was overly friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Firma and Angus were wonderful and answered all of our questions and kept the property in stellar condition.

We were all very happy staying at 310 Mer Soleil Villa. It was a trip we will always remember and want to go back to. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. We loved the outside sitting areas and used the pool constantly. The sports fans were happy there was a TV and they enjoyed hanging out in the air conditioned living room. The housekeeper Brenda kept the place neat and clean and kept up with all our towels. Angus kept the property looking amazing even after a night of turbulent thunder, rain and lightning. We did utilize the nearby beaches on the French side. We spent 2 afternoons down at La Somanna which was so pristine.

Met Soleil is an inviting comfortable and relaxing villa with all the amenities. A beautiful pool and areas to relax and enjoy. Wonderful views great ocean breezes with warm water to enjoy. Great inviting bedrooms for evening retreat and uninterrupted sleep. A vonage phone to keep in touch with family or work and a marvelous entertainment system for anytime enjoyment. What a way to relax! Minutes to anywhere or anything on the island.
