My wife and I stayed in Terres Basses area two times before in more expansive villas with more people, but in this villa for the first time jus the two of us. We have picked this villa for the price and the location and weren’t disappointed - the location was the best part of our stay. The villa is literally two minutes walk from one of the three beaches of this area - the Plum Bay with beautiful sunset, snorkeling area along the rocks to the left, not as good for the swimming as Baie Rouge Beach, which is 10 minutes drive, and not as crowded. The villa is surrounded by the tropical greenery with a lot of wild birds and singing morning doves. It has a sizable pool and the water was always very nice to dip in after the long day on the beach. There’s a heated jacuzzi right by it, which was a very pleasant treat to relax in it. The villa has two buildings- the main, with two bedrooms, with king and double beds and two bathrooms, kitchen, and leaving, and a separate building with king bedroom and a bathroom. The bedrooms and bedrooms are not as fancy as in more expensive villas, but nice and clean though showers are small. The main villa has leaving room with large tv on the wall two sofas and coffee table. There is also a small office table with chair. Kitchen is not very big, but clean and comfortable with small gas stove with oven and kitchenette items for large group, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, etc... Large sliding doors from the leaving room will get you on the porch with large dinner table and chairs for six people looking out to the pool and garden, and two wall fans to give some breeze. There’s also nice patio sofa set. Pool has four nice lounge chairs. Laundry in separate small utility room on the side. There is a gas grill and a ping-pong table on the porch as well. All in all a great villa for small group and under budget with great location.

The communication with the St Martin Blue villa ordering system was very good. The system was easy to use and very reliable during the reservation process, sending step by step instructions on payment, information needed, etc.. They ordered a Jeep for us as well. The week before the trip we received final email with all the details about arriving activities. At arrival to the airport, we got picked up right away by the mini-van and dropped to the villa. Company representative came shortly after our arrival and let us in. The rental car was already there. The representative set up WhatsUp group with us right away and that was a great way of communicating with them during our stay. They were very responsive on our questions we sent to this group and we felt always safe and under supervision of the company. The day before our departure, the representative contacted us making sure we all OK and ready to depart. All in all very good customer service and support.

Activity Recommendations: Places to see: Beaches: Baie Rouge, Mullet Bay, Plum Bay Pinel Island - the must, take day trip via $12 5 min ferry, stay on Karibuni side, try Mahi burger there Natural Pools on Devil's Cupper in Guana Bay Loterie Farm - rainforest trail to Peak Paradice (beautiful sceneries) Marigot - fish market Sat and Wed, Fort St Louis Grocery Stores Dutch side: Grand Marche in Porto Cupecoy, Carrefour market on Union Rd (the biggest), Maho Market by airport Franch side: Cadismarket and Gas station (lots of good Franch products and vine), Le Grillardin (butcher shop in Marigot), Chez Fernand (good bakery)

The villa was the perfect choice for our family. Very comfortable and conveniently located. The service was excellent .
