The large pool is surrounded by an ample terrace that features a pavilion, lounge areas, decorative colonnades, and a gazebo with telescope for enjoying the amazing scenery in comfort and style.
The indoor living is spacious and contemporary, decorated professionally in a warm and comfortable palette that only emphasizes the airiness of the entire setting. On the gounds are a Jacuzzi, and media room with a huge DVD library and Internet access. The Villa Terrasse de Mer also has a well-known and popular full-time housekeeper who may also be hired to prepare meals in the modern, gourmet kitchen.
There are four bedrooms on the grounds, all featuring king sized beds, en suite bathrooms, and modern electronics that include Plasma screens, satellite TV and more. Two of the bedrooms have interior access, a third has exterior access directly from the pool terrace, and a fourth bedroom is found in a lovely cottage offering even more privacy, a separate living space, and private bath.

Note: Please keep in mind that the pools are only heated from December 16th to April 15th. The maximum temperature is 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 degrees Celsius. Pool temperatures can be affected by rain and wind.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
