Truffle SXM

One of our favorite villas. Villa Truffle is rockstar villa that couples chic modern design with a gorgeous and breathtaking location. Set on a cliff that overlooks the Caribbean and the island of Anguilla, guests will never want to leave the property.  Well planned with no expense spared, the villa is a smart home that allows guests to control music, lights, and shutters from an iPad.

The outdoor area ranks as one of the best we have seen. The heated pool has an infinity edge to yield breathtaking views. There is a separate Jacuzzi pavillion that provides shade from the sun while situated to maximize the views. The views from the villa are sublime with panoramic ocean views with various blues. A partial seasonal sunset view can be appreciated to western end of the property.  An outdoor speaker system allows guests to sync their Spotify or Sonos directly into the house system. There are ample lounge chairs and dining areas in the covered lanai.

Inside, the spaciousness of the great room is enhanced by banks of enormous glass doors that open to the brilliant view and the entire setting. Whether you are in the office, the cheerfully decorated living room, the formal dining room suite or the gourmet kitchen, you will love the breathtaking views and exquisite scenery available to you at all times.  The great room features a pull down projector to watch your favorite movies and shows with sonos surround sound. Ideal for family movie night.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Sub Zero refrigerator, Miele appliances along with a Nespresso and drip coffee maker. The kitchen is well stocked. 

At night, the villa is perfectly lit up inside and out. The heated pool is lit up beautifully to invite guests for an evening dip.

This airiness doesn't end here, though because the master bedroom is also an oversized space with appealing sitting area for two, the king sized bed, and the direct access to the pool terrace. Open the doors to gaze at the stars, listen to the sea meeting the shore or just to enjoy the gorgeous light. The ensuite bath is large and luxurious with dual vanities and marble surround.

On the main floor also resides a junior suite with king bed and bunk beds with trundle. An ideal room for kids. Just off the suite is a hidden toy chest with various toys and arts and crafts for children of all ages. 

Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the lower level.  A fifth bedroom is located in the cottage that are just steps away from the main house.
