La Salamandre is a highly sought after villa. The waterfront villa is sure to please with it's many amenities and special touches. This elegant villa in Terres Basses offers a magnificent free-form pool just steps from the Simpson Bay lagoon. The grand living room opens onto extensive covered terraces. This villa has a sophisticated blend of modern, colonial and tropical style furnishings. The four bedrooms with King beds open onto the terraces, the fifth and sixth bedroom have twin beds. All windows are fully screened.Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower as well as a TV and DVD player . The very spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers a view on the pool and the lagoon. An outdoor dining area is located in the gazebo adjacent to the pool and the beach, and is equipped with a gas grill.

6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. Each bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. Five king beds and two twin beds. Half bathroom off living area. Flat screen TV/DVD in each bedroom.

HIGH AND LOW SEASON 2010 Promotion: Complimentary rental car and seventh night free for reservations made within 90 days prior to arrival! Valid for stays between January 2nd, 2010 until December 14, 2010.
Requests made 91 days or more prior to arrival are subject to owner approval. Promotion may end without notice and only valid on new reservations. Not applicable to holidays including thanksgiving week and expires Dec 14, 2010.
2011 Early Bird Booking Special: 10% discount. Applicable for travel January 5th, to April 14th, 2011. Bookings MUST be made by November 30th 2010.

Refundable Damage Deposit: $3,000
Rates in US$ and are subject to an 8% Government Tax & Service. Includes use of the villa for a 24 hour period for the function set up, the event and the clean up. They also include the services of the villa staff and all utilities (electricity, water, gas). Accommodation and villa staff gratuities are not included. In the instance when the function takes place during the guest weekly vacation rental, the weekly rental rate will apply plus 50% of the function fee +8% tax.
