This excellent location provides the privacy of an island retreat with easy access to the island’s most popular beaches and amenities, making it the ideal spot for a romantic getaway or a vacation with older children or another couple. Lush tropical landscaping harmonizes with natural foliage to create an impressive entry and an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for the outdoor dining terrace.

Guests will enjoy the 45-foot infinity edge pool that blends with the brilliant blues of Orient Bay. Villa Sunrise features an open format and offers sophisticated contemporary decor to please the most discriminating guest. Inspired use of natural materials like stone, wood and tile brings an intriguing depth of detail. The living room features white sofas, a neutral color palette and a wall of windows open to the amazing water views.  Each air-conditioned bedroom features a spectacular ensuite spa bathroom and provides direct access to the terrace and the pool. The fully-equipped stainless steel and wood kitchen has a convenient bar for a quick meal or for use as a bar or buffet.

After a day of snorkeling at nearby Dawn Beach or lounging on Orient Beach in the St. Martin sunshine, enjoy a relaxing drink on the terrace and while savoring panoramic ocean views of Pinel Island, Tintamarre and St. Barts in the distance.
