Searching and booking your villa. Search for villas on our website that meet your desired location, needs and budget or send your request to our villa specialists to find the perfect match for you and your family (recommended). Reserving a villa. Once you found your villa and wish to reserve it. St Martin Blue will obtain a villa rental contract from the property representative and then send an invoice and villa agreement form by email (preferred) or by mail to you. Invoices will instruct on deposit and balance due dates, confirmation numbers and payment methods. St Martin Blue accepts personal checks, wire transfers, money orders, certified/cashiers checks as well as major credit cards.*
Coordinating your arrival. Once your reservation is confirmed by deposit, St Martin Blue will send guests a villa packet containing pertinent information about the villa, contact numbers, restaurant suggestions, provisioning lists, island map as well as beach and island activity information. We require guests to inform us as soon as possible about all the names of the guests as well as flight arrival information. We include one complimentary airport pickup and transfer to the villa. The first arriving party will be given an orientation to the villa as well as the keys and contact numbers for emergency or maintenance issues as well as concierge services. Rental cars booked through or provided by St Martin Blue will be delivered to the villa upon a guest's arrival. Your arrival. Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by a transfer agent that will be holding signage. Please note that due to airport regulations, guest signage may only be held up outside by the main exit. Your agent will assist with your bags and whisk you away to your villa. Upon arrival to the villa, a property representative will greet you with a welcome basket and provide an orientation on the villa as well as key exchange. For rental cars arranged by our company, the greeter will contact the car rental company to bring over the paperwork.
Your stay. Each of our villas has been carefully selected and backed by an elite management team. The beauty of the villa is one aspect but the service and people behind the villa make it a distinguished retreat. Guests are provided a number to call for questions or if any issues may arise. If an issue does arise we assure you that it will be taken care of as soon as possible. We offer 24/7 management of the villas to allay any concerns or annoyances. If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, St Martin Blue will advocate on your behalf.
After your stay. We suggest our guests drop off the rental car at the airport location and use the agency shuttle to ferry them back to the airport. St Martin Blue can arrange for transfers back to the airport (approx $40) if required. We encourage our guests to send us trip reports and their feedback about their stay. Any recommendations regarding restaurants, activities or excursions are highly encouraged. After your stay has been completed, guests enjoy becoming members of our loyalty club in which return guests enjoy additional perks and privileges.
