The four-bedroom villa has been designed to accommodate a group of travelers and features an array of amenities and elements that will appeal to all. It is part of the coveted Emeraude Estate and is a gated community just a short distance from Simpson Bay and Philipsburg, making it easy for visitors to head to the many restaurants, shops and sights of the region.
Yet, from the moment most visitors arrive, they are loathe to depart. Surrounded by mature palms and manicured gardens, it features many charming walkways and paths that lead to a number of outdoor lounging and dining areas. Water is a major theme in the villa with a breathtaking custom pool and interior water features.
From above, the villa is clearly a modern design and style with a lot of natural stone, glass, and unique angles. The pool terrace is at the heart of it all with a wooden sun deck furnished with a four-poster sun bed and oversized lounges. There are verandah spaces for outdoor dining and lounging, and the interiors include a spa treatment room, fully furnished gym, an office, a music room, and an expansive great room. This space features a high-end gourmet kitchen, living room, and formal dining area.
The four bedrooms include three king suites with private terraces or ocean views and opulently appointed baths. There is also a remarkably modern bunk room with views of the sea and a private bath.

The Indigo Bay enclave includes an outstanding beach bar and restaurant along with a serviced beach area and cabanas. The beach bar is a short drive from the villa.
Note: The villa has limited parking (2 cars). A separate residence is located below the main villa. Good privacy exists between the two properties. The lower residence has it's own entrance.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
