Villa Z’Abricot is located in Mont Vernon in St. Martin and has plenty of space for up to 12 guests of any age. The villa includes six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and tons of living space where family and friends can hang out and socialize with each other. The property is conveniently located only about a five-minute drive from the exciting activities in Orient Bay with the beaches in the same area.
Five of the bedrooms at Z’Abricot are equipped with soft, comfortable king beds. Two of them have their own ensuite bathrooms, while the other bedrooms share an additional two bedrooms. The final bedroom is designed specifically for younger guests in a dormitory-style. It has two single beds, a bunk bed, and a bathroom shared with the other bedrooms.
There’s tons of excitement to be had while staying at Z’Abricot. It has a full gym where you can exercise and workout, a solarium for guests who want some extra relaxation, and even a bocce ball court so a full group of guests can play a competitive game together. The villa is well-equipped for a luxury family vacation and can be rented as a four, five, or six-bedroom villa.
Z’Abricot is inside of a hillside, contemporary building that is newly renovated and offers views of Pinel Island and Orient Bay. The home is inviting and warm with tasteful decorations, air conditioning, and sleek furnishings in reds, whites, and light teak. The interior seating area connects to the well-equipped kitchen where the cook or baker of the group will want to spend all their time.
While the interior is gorgeous and full-featured, most guests will prefer to spend their time outdoors. There is a covered terrace where guests can dine or read a book. The other side of the villa includes a pool and a daybed with views of the edge of the ocean and the villa’s private dock. There are open and covered terraces across the villa, as well as a large garden that guests can explore.
The location of Z’Abricot places guests right near all the most important destinations. There are grocery stores in Hope Estate, as well as a French bakery and Bacchus restaurant. Many beach restaurants dot Orient Bay while fine dining can be found in Grand Case. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
