Villa Riviera St Martin.  Designed with a westward perspective from every room or living space, the lovely and tranquil Villa Riviera (formerly Villa Day O) located on Plum Bay Beach on St Martin guarantees daily sunset views that are impossible to beat. With direct access to Plum Bay Beach, this spacious getaway will become a destination in its own right.

With six bedrooms, it can accommodate up to twelve visitors. Each room has its own, private, en suite bathroom, and one of the bedrooms features a small adjoining room that can serve as a sitting room, office, or ideal room for a child or infant.

The overall layout of Villa Riviera is open and airy, focused on the impressive swimming pool. Long and expansive, it is an ideal place to remain cool during the heat of the day. Tucked alongside the pool are the many gazebo spaces and patio surrounds. Here are abundant potted plants, lounges, and different areas that would provide ideal spots for sunbathing, dining, sipping cool drinks, and creating unforgettable memories of a pristine and private getaway.

The indoor spaces feature the same ample proportions as the bedrooms. Roomy and airy, bright and relaxing, the palette and decor promote total relaxation. The modern and fully equipped kitchen allows large groups to prepare meals together, and then take them to one of many al fresco dining spots.

If you want a true retreat for a group or family vacation, or even for a very cozy special event, Villa Riviera may be the ideal choice. Beach access lets you walk directly from the fenced and gated property to the white sands beyond. A truly classic villa with all of the most modern amenities, it is close to the best shopping and dining though you may find it hard to tear yourself away from the beach, pool, and laid-back atmosphere.

Note: We are pleased to offer a convenient continental breakfast delivery option at the property. Guests have the opportunity to select the breakfast package priced at $9 per person per day. This package includes a variety of items that will be delivered to the villa each day between 7:45 AM and 11:00 AM.
The breakfast package comprises the following items: tea, coffee, orange and apple juice, croissants, pains au chocolat, lemons, butter, jam, sugar, and a French baguette.

THE MOST EXCELLENT PROPERTY ON THE ISLAND. THE OWNERS ARE VERY THOUGHTFUL AND GIVING. THE HOUSE AND PROPERTY ARE PERFECT FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES. ALL THE ROOMS ARE LARGE AND PRIVATE. THE BEACH IS THE BEST PART. IT IS PRIVATE. WE ONLY SAW ONE OTHER PERSON ON THE BEACH THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. THIS PLACE IS PARADISE.

There aren't enough adjectives to do this property justice. It is beautiful, comfortable, well-maintained, and sits in a perfect location. The pictures are accurate but cannot fully capture the beauty of the place. The pool is quite large but should you tire of it, you are steps from the soft white sand of Plum Bay Beach. We loved that we could snorkel right at our own spot on the beach. The house and grounds are meticulously kept by Katie and Honore who were nearby to assist if we needed anything. This location was very quiet and private, which we loved, but close enough to be convenient to the grocery store in Cupecoy and only about 25 minutes to the restaurants in Grand Case. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay in an Isle Blue property and we are very satisfied customers. The process is simple and you can go from choosing a villa to enjoying it with no stress. They deliver what they promise - friendly drivers to greet you at the airport, provisions and other requested items waiting at the villa, rental car delivered with no fuss. Most important, the villas are as beautiful and well maintained as described/pictured (or even better)! We will definitely use Isle Blue again and recommend to friends.

We stayed at the Day O villa in December 2021. It was not our first choice but it will be this year. We were so pleasantly surprised. It is literally a few steps from the beach. My wife spent nearly the entire vacation on the beach with beautiful sand. We never closed the glass extending the entire length of the Back of the cottage. The pool is large and the landscaping around the pool deck is beautiful. If you are looking at the pictures, yes it looks just like the pictures. The villa was cozy and I don’t t think there were more than 10 people who passed by on the beach over the 7 days. It was very quiet, peaceful and tranquil. And find another property on the beach at this price, I don’t think so. Staff were very friendly and cordial.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
