Villa Maison de Reve on St. Martin is located on the exclusive hillside in the gated community of Terres Basses. Just moments away from the Baie Rouge beach with a short 5 minute walk, this newly built, gorgeous, fully air conditioned villa showcases the most stunning sights of the sea, the extinct volcanic mountains of St. Martin and the lovely port town of Marigot.

The interior design is gorgeous, with a New York designer filling the entire villa with some amazing furniture and interesting artwork, making the villa pleasing to the eye and throughout the property, there is some lavishing Italian travertine marble floors, giving off a sense of pure elegance.

Each bedroom showcases a generous en-suite bathroom with modern showers, comfortable king sized beds and some tech savvy iPod docks. The placement of all the bedrooms throughout the house assures complete privacy for each and every guest. The stunning master bedroom lead out into the main living area, and connects to the equally lovely second bedroom and the two other bedrooms are located in their very own private cottages, separate from the rest of the estate, overlooking to shimmering aqua pool that showcases a beautiful waterfall and at night, there is some breathtaking fiber optic lighting, making everything seem so trendy and upbeat. Not to mention, out on the pool area, there is a large, stainless steel BBQ, bar area and another outdoors dining area, allowing you to enjoy the amazing scenery as you eat and relax.

The spacious living area, extensive shaded terrace, and multilevel decks offer a number of roomy places perfect for entertaining a large number of guests who will have the luxury of enjoying the amazing art sound system. Then there is the main living room which features a high tech LCD TV with a stunning surround sound home theater for maximum movie enjoyment, a DVD player and a brilliant music library, WIFI internet and IPOD dock in main living room. As if this wasn't enough already, there is a state of the art kitchen, fully equipped with high end Bosch and Viking appliances and stainless steel counter tops, allowing you to make the ultimate gourmet meal. This elegant and private setting is ideal for a family or corporate retreat, as well as, an intimate getaway.

The standard terms and conditions apply except in situations with a verified COVID impact. With a verified COVID claim, the cancellation policy is amended as follows:

-A full refund minus a $300 administrative fee is offered for cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival.

-For cancellations within 30 days, no refunds will be provided. However, the option for a postponement credit will be offered and to be used by January 1, 2022 . 

Conditions that meet the COVID Cancellation policy include the following conditions: COVID travel bans, border closures, quarantine requirement, or a recent positive test result within the traveling party.  Supporting documents may be required. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. St. Martin Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, St. Martin Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
What is the cancellation policy? click to open
Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Martin Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.
Do you accept credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, or Visa)? click to open
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

This villa offers VIP in-villa testing: 
 - Test must be done at least 24 hours before departure to get results in time
 - Passport for each person undergoing the test must be provided 24 hours prior testing
 - Cost: US$150 per test + US$100 (one time fee) for the commute of the Doctor 
 - The results will be sent to the property manager who will provide it to their guests prior to their departure
 - Please arrange testing well in advance to ensure an appointment.

Rental rates:
The villa requires a one week minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is an additional fee required to hold an event at the villa.

Event fee is: $3000
Refundable security deposit: $3000
Post Cleaning: $650

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for set-up and clean up of the event. Special promotion or discount cannot be applied! Check-in day cannot be on the event day & Check-out day cannot be the day right after the event. The event fee is charged per event (one day event). The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide to local ordinances. Any catering company/private chef and wedding planner must be approved by the TPI to organize any event on our properties

PROMOTIONS

  • Rent a villa for 7 nights or more with a minimum weekly rate of $4000 and receive a complimentary rental car.

    A Hyundai I10 is provided. Complimentary vehicle delivery to the villa is included. 

    Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. Guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay.

    Rental car can be upgraded for an additional charge.

Place was absolutely gorgeous in every way (clean, super functional for large group, breath taking outdoor entertaining space with pool etc). Individual bedrooms and outdoor space for each room allows for privacy along with large group setting environment. Facility was kept super clean at all times and staff were super helpful, respectful, and invisible to the group. Absolutely amazing place in and out.

Great staff, easy to contact and timely correspondence.

This was our second stay at Happy Bay Villa, but our first since the post-Irma update it has undergone. The interior and accents are very nice and the expansion to the kitchen was very well done. All bedrooms are well appointed and extremely comfortable with both new beds and new AC units. You can’t beat the location on Mont Choicy, as it is close to multiple dining options, a harbor to charter boats, and beaches to suit either those that want a crowd and action, to those that want seclusion. To make this perfect vacation villa really shine, was the service we received from Lydia, our house keeper and our amazing Villa Concierge, Axel. Always quick to respond to any questions we had, Axel was just a phone call or text away. I must say, his suggestion to bring a nurse to our villa to administer the PCR test for our entire party was genius. It sure beat standing in a hot line at the airport, wondering if we were going to miss our flights back home. We love St Martin and all that it has to offer…and when you have such friendly, professional, and genuine staff running your operation, it is an unbeatable combination for success. Bravo, Isle Blue!

The staff was awesome. Starting with the concierge in the US (Mary), to the local concierge (Medhi), housekeeping, drivers, Fabulous Feast personnel ( chef Tomas and waitress Charlotte). Just can’t say enough.

Restaurant Recommendations: Bistrot Caribes was awesome. Others like Ocean 82, Rainbow Cafe were also great.
Activity Recommendations: Xisle boat charters was great. Fabulous Feast are incredible
